They have put the Notice of AGM up pronto, but not any accounts ?

Nop, not as far as I'm aware, unless the articles or a previous board meeting have stipulated the length of notice to be given, the only requirement is that it be reasonable, which in this case, is still fine. Its 6 years since I was in this game directly though mate

Misty, am I going mad ? the AGM is to approve the accounts, vote on auditors, reelect directors etc.

Can you send out a notice of AGM without the results themselves ? Without the accounts to approve ?

Or have an AGM that is in effect an EGM as you have not yet produced results ?????

Misty, are there rules on how far in advance of the AGM they need to release the results? I assume it's been updated with post balance sheet activities. Incredibly late, even by WSG standards.

Reckon they'll be trading within threshold/notification limits. Without Darwin, hh can control the share price as they want while the pi's wait for news.

How can they send out the notice of AGM today when they have not produced the results ? The Notice goes out with the Annual Report. Either that is printed or not. But we need the Prelims first. It would be most odd to put out annual results during the middle of the day ? Or will they come out after hours tonight ?

Either way the RNS said the Notice of AGM was going out today.

No results this morning. So no Annual Report. So no notice of AGM can be sent out today........

But the RNS last week clearly said that the notice of AGM would be sent out on 6 June.

Have the results hit an underwater obstacle ? Is WSG holed under the waterline ? Why no results over five months after the period end, when the only revenue they have ( only meaningful revenue) is from Lungi ?

Surely in lining up the funding last week they had the results ready ?

What is going on ?

Ah well done Bulls. Missed all this thanks to being away from Internet.
Have to say that is a good RNS and should see share price climb from here. Of course BOD still need a contract otherwise we are back here very soon.
Time to move on and concentrate on other things for me. It's looking much better MOS, FRY , FOX et all. HH you would think know what their doing.
SP is still irrelevant to me as I don't trust BOD but must say things look , on the face of things much better GLA

Last Letter of Intent now seems even more relevant and plenty working capital there to progress the other MOU's.

Should not have to go back to Darwin for a loooooooong time.

I do not deramp shares nor do I ramp. I rarely posts on my long shares, as I do not want the freeloaders to piggyback on my gems. Unlike the many tipsters (good Samaritans), BR prefer to munch everything himself.

You can see I posted here yesterday as I was here below sub 9p yesterday. I sold mid-morning .When you do not see posting does not mean I am not around in the matrix.
As for holiday, I had 11 days in Malta & Gozo. Fantastic Islands.

Have a good weekend Letmelose, I have not seen your friend letmein for a long time.

Hope you get your 25p you are shouting.

Bloody leaky with the rise before the announcements but agree the placing was at a very good price and puts a floor on this at a reasonable level. Onwards and upwards.
