Why trust a hedge fund that wants to take over the company and dilute the hell out of shareholders without even making a offer for the company.
Gordon gekko is alive and well i see.

It is so transparent.

The BoD will try anything to keep going they have lost 95percent of company value why would anybody trust them?

Even so assets are worth far in excess of 8 million, hence the battle for control.

I very much doubt if the current owners are doing it out of generosity.

Bob, given they will be effectively taking control, is it not all about them getting an easy route to an AIM listing??

Solarno ... why are you ranting the same fact for ? Pointless !!Of course it is not a done deal. You must not be the full shilling ?This is the BoDs desperate attempt to swing the vote. You have made your point, which we knew already, so why repeat it ?

Interesting thst this has been put together just before the MC meeting!

Smacks of desperation!

But the PROPOSED deal would bring in some good guys so maybe worth voting for?

But of course, once the meeting is over, and on the assumption that MC lose the vote, this could all be unraveled and go back to the status quo.

Tough call, but I would go with this deal and chance my arm that it goes through.

Crumbs!
Tis not 'hard'.
Simply farm-in to the U.K. onshore leaders.
[And sack the current 'cash-leeching bod'].

2baffled ... I agree ... I actually bought for the UK assets and positive news on those ... oh well

h2owater ... It seems a bit strange as the BoD will say what they are going to bring to the table but what of Milroy Capital ... are all they are bringing is experience ? Shareholders will vote by which is more likely to make the most cash, surely ?
