I understand the resolutions for the General Meeting on May 15 to replace the BOD are ordinary resolutions... but surely the takeover or acquisition that is being proposed by the current BOD would be voted on at future General Meeting and would be a special resolution? Or am I wrong?

They are Ordinary Resolutions so only require > 50% at the General Meeting
