I had a message from HL around 9am re the offer ! Unusual for them to be on the ball :-00
I only applied for 1000 shares and probably will get a tiny percentage of those, single figures i imagine.

Yep just received offer through Interactive Investor and have applied for more shares. No idea if I'll get many or even any, as bound to be oversubscribed. I reckon they will close offer early..

Only good news here with all directors participating in the placing. looks like the retail placing will be above the one just completed. An impressive amount of new stores being looked into with the existing products worldwide. Onwards and upwards.

Not really. When there's a placing or acquisition, brokers have to withdraw forecasts and research until it is completed. Those are the takeover panel rules.

40 people in admin - circa £1m, 433k for BOD, 100k for audit, 200k for listing, exchange fees, brokers - amortisation, etc and the purchase is a steal.
