I'd be shocked if they need to raise cash given the balance sheet at year end. Also in DR's presentation he said their margins are great and they'll reinvest to grow rather than paying dividends when profitable. I believe they had to raise cash in order to push the Alibaba and Microsoft deals over the line as they wanted a stronger balance sheet.I agree it's odd. Hopefully tomorrow as if not alarm bells may ring.

So I guess the question has to be what is the motivation for not posting numbers ?

They must have something to report .. they said in their last RNS tgat it would meet “market expectations” .. I am guessing the market DR is referring to is the analyst estimates .. NOT the expectations of the market that was paying £8.50 -£12.50 to own the stock ?!

That said it is poor form to drag this out .. there clearly is a reason for the delay and in my experience it usually isn’t because they have good news.. I hope it isn’t another fund raise .. maybe they have taken a few key holders over the wall and placing a lump .. ?

Was convinced it'd be today especially with last night's tweet. Sure they have plenty to say as we know they won a big Microsoft job soon after the OEM (all but name) was signed as DR said so in a presentation so they hit the ground running and now embedded as standard for Alibaba's cloud migration and disaster recovery and now the UK gov. Sort it out wand!

I really think Wand need to up their PR game. This G Cloud 10 news is only released on their website and announced on Twitter? No Rns? No updates for past 6 months. These are exciting times for Wandisco - if only we could hear about it.

Just realised that was posted on twitter 23 mins ago so I'd imagine it will form part of a trading update tomorrow. We'll see but I can't see them not releasing an RNS for that.

Cheers KtoKP (am lazy!), can't see the financials being too impressive but I'm hopeful the commentary is really positive and detailed with possibly some post period wins although I'm not sure how but they now have to be to be considered material.West coast, nice! Whether work, pleasure or both have a smooth journey and a great trip.If we get a Friday update I'll be traveling there too ;)
