Apologies to finnCap for 'borrowing' this bit but they make a couple of decent points (quite a few actually but I'll stick to these) in their latest update:

"As Mastercard feeds ever more business on to the HS platform, it will increase commissions and, on the current trajectory, revenues should scale into significant profit for HS and its owners from next year......there is great operational gearing in HS which will see profitability rise very quickly when it reaches critical mass. The longer Mastercard waits to internalise HS, the more profit it will lose to Wameja"...

All aboard please, all aboard.

I do hope they top themselves when they could have waited an extra 2 months for a minimum 400% profitv

Some will have bought on the SCSW and just wanted to take a turn. They could have bought at 5.3-5.4p, and are happy with a short 10% in the week......

There's a job going if anybody is interested:

"Operations Configuration and Acceptance Specialist Engineer
HomeSend, Brussels Region, Belgium"

However, it's the bit below that which might be of more interest:

"133% increase in job openings at HomeSend in the last 3 months"...

We all know this is very rarely going to fail , with all the funding and revenue going up. Only a guess as to the date is becomes profitable

Huge bid coming
-------------------
Well... A bid of some sort seems more likely than not. That's always been the story of the current entity - sell out to Mastercard.

But in truth, as to how much..?
Pure speculation based on rumour, founded on hearsay, amplified by greed.
It's a *Wait and See Pudding* and will no doubt be very tasty when it comes.

Hold tight... is all that's required here.

Has this been mentioned else where? Or are people who had finncap and scsw jumping in as this looks like it will spike up?

All well and good....nice to see the rise ..... may depend on your sizing but all in all a tad academic if you're here till MC come calling......a tad binary....

The quoted spread is ridiculously wide now but MMs are currently bidding 6p on dummy sells.

Actually I would say the breakout would be 7p.
tomv33

It reached these levels on 28 July and 12 August, and fell back both times.

It will need to hold above 6p bid to be anything like a breakout.......

Hoping, but we are not there yet

I wouldn't be surprised if the Directors have cross fingers hoping that the takeover doesn't happened until next year when it would be more like nearer 30p.

There is 4 sets of shares options to be taken at 21c(17p), 20p wouldn't leave much profit. Although one director has 20m @ 16c to take.

Imo 20p is a done deal.

MC have been waiting for HS KPI to reach a certain agreed volume before the buyout which could be just around the corner.
