Now that VGAS has decided to pay a dividend (50% of profit) is it still for sale? Was there any mention on the time frame? or is there any regulatory time frame that kicks in? Thanks anyone if you know or have an idea on the subject

I also think 1.75 a share and the cash in the bank will be paid as a divvy maybe 20c. but if there is a bit of a competition then £2.00 is a possibility, I wonder how much in tax losses this is worth ?

Volga Gas plc (LON:VGAS) had its buy rating reaffirmed by analysts at Oriel Securities Ltd. The firm currently has a GBX 150 ($2.51) target price on the stock.
Don't know if this was before this afternoons news or after ?

I would not be surprised if this is sold for £1.60 to £1.75 just as the money comes rolling in, You have really got to ask what is the point of investing anymore.
