Russia-focused Volga Gas posted a rise in annual profit as higher sales volumes boosted revenue.
Pre-tax profit for the year through December jumped to $10.6m, up from $0.2m on-year.
Sales volumes rose 6% to 4,956 barrels of oil equivalent per day, helping revenue rise 24% to $45.9m.

Volga Gas Processing Capacity Usage Up, LPG Project Nears Completion:

Construction of its liquid petroleum gas project is near completion and pressure testing is currently on-going as part of the commissioning process. The facility should be completed and in production during the second quarter of 2018.

SP Angel - Volga Gas – Testing Extended: Yesterday the Company announced that it was producing (and processing) approximately 9mm cfpd, as its testing process for the implementation and commissioning of its RedOx desulphurisation project was continuing While longer than we had initially anticipated, we believe that the Company will also take advantage of the lower rates during this testing phase to also complete the tie-in work for its LPG facilities. We estimate that the current feed rate will be maintained for at least the remainder of September, but will ramp up towards December. We have adjusted our full year average fluid according, which is now ~17mm cfpd. As a result of our adjusted average production outlook for the year, our valuation is falls modestly to $141mm (144p), some 143% above the current price.

A dividend payment of US$0.062 per share is proposed at the Company's AGM today. Conditional on shareholder approval, this dividend, totaling US$5.0 million, will be paid to shareholders on the register on 5 May 2017 on 26 May 2017.

SP Angel - Operational Update 10th July: Today's update marks the conclusion of the commission phase of the new RedOx (reduction/oxidation) gas sweetening process at the Dobrinskoye gas plant. As a result, we expect the Company to build towards the nameplate capacity of ~25mm cfpd. However, we fully expect a similar period of interruption during the commissioning phase of the LPG facility in 4Q'17, which we believe will be fully on line by 1Q'18. We are reiterating our BUY recommendation.

Just opened on the 22nd pillion,got my dates for Scottish pairs and fife triples. Competitive bowls kicks of in about 3weeks,greens are a bit slow as our Scottish weather is always a month behind you southerners it's only 5degrees ootside the now.gonna have a practise in 20 mins lol.wait and see if Vgas gets a boot up the 🤡

Only 11%free float here,looking at the recent update on shareholders from 7th April 2017. Any heavy buying here this would fly and get to a deservedly higher price
