New joint venture to develop
Tatneft, Gazprom Neft and LUKOIL have closed a transaction on establishing a joint venture for the exploration and production of hard-to-recover hydrocarbon reserves in the Orenburg Oblast...

Wonder if any of these have made offers to vgas. Think its the right general area though not really checked properly. Just curious really.

Multiple offers. Cash. No debt. 20m mcap. HmmmAs at 30 April, the Group held cash balances of US$ 1 0 . 6 million, and has no debt.

Cash balance only reduced by $100,000 this month. A great improvement on last month where it was down nearly $2m.

Time to move to JKX. Not ridden the oil price rally at all yet, Unlike here, no debt, p2 reserves over 100m and 10,000 boepd production. Probably the biggest bargain out there at 30m mkt cap..15m USD in the bank at last count and NO DEBT. Not many shares avaliable at the current low price so should move pretty swiftly... Also hold a 10% stake in UNB, Ukraines biggest O+G producer probably worth 30m plus....

Valued at 3*f/cast ebitda plus net cash.
Not a good time for VGAS to be selling.
No debt.
Better for them to fish for local cheap cash cows.

If I may be so bold Russman, with current low O and G what is your valuation ?
I hope you are incorrect sportbilly if Baring Vostok want to take it private why would they pay a premium ? Who would stop them if they offered 15p ?

The holders will dictate any acceptable offer:

Dehus - 59%
N Mathys - 15% (upped in Nov'19 around 31-32p)

Given it is currently trading at its lowest for >10 years both the above will be suffering some capital loss (offset by dividends received previously)

Would Baring Vostok want to take it private?

Given current mkt cap, residual 40% worth c.£7.7mln - £12-15mln easily buys out the other holders and returns a profit to Nick M as well - c.40p offer?
