90% of VODs employees are not in the UK - it's not really even a UK Company as most of it's business isn't in the UK!

Bond yields blowing out, U.K. debt being dumped, borrowing costs rising, terrible budget, U.K. now firmly an ultra high tax zero growth economy, so much for brexit and the Singapore on Thames model😂ԍ13; ( Singapore 12pc tax, no CGT OR IHT ) Terminal, a bit like Vod.

Decent reaction to the budget, no surprises really as the NI tax hike was already priced in, most other rises as expected, though fuel duty frozen and nothing hitting the betting companies which was a fear over at ENT (which I also hold).

If, and it's still a big if, the deal with 3 goes through in the UK, will a separate VOD/3 be hived off the main company?Like GSK and Haelon and shareholders will get shares in the new company?Or will it just become a subsidiary of the main and nothing changes?
