05/12/2007 14:19 | I too am getting peed off at the lack of progress-but in my opinion Hydrodec will be the saviour of Virotec. I posted the following in April this year I do take some comfort though that in 2 years or less,Hydrodec will have capacity to produce 180,000 litres of superfine oil a day.Given that this is essentially a recycled product, and by all accounts superior to existing transformer oils - demand must exist. Also remember these Electricity Companies are only paying for the processing - as they already own the oil.I have no idea whether the cost per litre of new oil is less than the total cost(transport, proce However-the real clincher for me is the following Company announcement dated 25/11/2004-when Vert-Eco was demerged ......In addition, Virotec retains its on g oin g royalty from HydroDec of 5 per cent of its g ross revenue.... 5% of total sales as a royalty - and remember the above figures only refer to transformer oil.Hydraulics I believe will be even bigger..... From the Numis Brokers report in October we now know the price of superfine per litre.Following the recent-Rns Australia will be running at full capacity next year-so I see a minimum of $0.5m Aus being received by Viros in 2008.As its a royalty -this is pure profit In addition there will be some contribution from the States and in a full production year(less than 2 years away)I see Hydrodecs royalty amounting to $3.3m US This months Penny Share Focus mentions possible expansion into Japan-more royalties- and let us not forget hydraulics and chemicals. I can see Hydrodec hitting 30p in the near future which means that Viros mkt cap will equal its holding in Hydrodec. This ignores the royalty stream, its other assets and of course its own business. Hope that I am correct as I have holdings in both companies Regards Chesters2 | chesters2
29/11/2007 07:39 | timben i can only agree with your comments being 1 of the first shareholders . and topping up along the way i am particularly p e ed off thinking of dumping stock also . | angussux
28/11/2007 10:22 | Hi Angus I am out now having lost a fortune on this company....but still watching.......all those promises that Bruno made in his emails to me about contracts have not come to fruition. Money needed soon I think?? | timben
28/11/2007 08:32 | . what a comment !!!!!!!!!!!!! | angussux
19/11/2007 09:53 | depressing or what | angussux
10/11/2007 07:20 | well supposedly the aust end is making $$ will this be enough to keep vti afloat . i guess management could take paycuts untill they do become profitable . then there is trhe usa and radium wells anyone heard anything more on them | angussux
08/11/2007 11:28 | HYR going from strength to strength, be nice if some would rub off here. Where are all the contracts that management have TALkED about for the last few TEARS (YEARS) What a suitable typo. | antreg
04/11/2007 10:22 | I'd rather see a contract than a rabbit! | nigelsom
04/11/2007 09:44 | if nothing happens with vti , and management buy out individual geographical segments ill be seriously unhappy , heres to hopeing they pull a rabbit out of a hat . | angussux
01/11/2007 10:48 | L2 is improving has gone from 1 @ 6.25 to 2 to 3 | vitamal
29/10/2007 19:16 | not much happening on here of late, and the price doing diddle squat except down, time for the management to sort this company out and win some more contracts, and fast. | plast
12/10/2007 08:50 | anyone got sny comments on Hydrodec recent fund raising seems very encouraging and the shares look very undervalued IMHO | the shuffle man
03/10/2007 11:44 | Sorry Angus Have not got the email as hard drive has crashed. He said they were in London and that he had spoken with major shareholders and they were sticking with them for the moment but awaitng good news (as all shareholders are) I just think the longer it goes without any decent contract news the worse the cash burn gets. | timben
03/10/2007 11:21 | was bruno email that negative timben any chance of posting it please | angussux
03/10/2007 11:02 | Had an email from Bruno.....anyway have sold all my holdings now at a huge loss as I can see a need for cash soon. | timben
29/9/2007 11:43 | Hoe do you know that Timben? | ericeb206
29/9/2007 11:13 | Directors have been in London recently, lets hope they have drummed up some confidence!? | timben
28/9/2007 20:28 | share price up is this bottom | angussux
25/9/2007 07:12 | It's a great pity punters never looked back two or three years ago on the Oz boards before the shares were ever traded on AIM. Had they have done this and looked closely at the management and its products, they wouldn't have touched this company with a bargepole. | corrientes
24/9/2007 18:20 | the trouble is there is no prospect of this becoming profitable in the short term - contracts won seem to make little difference as they are spending a lot of cash to get them | ok,yah
21/9/2007 10:30 | Well I have emailed along the lines mentioned above but I got responses along the lines of the Interim accounts, that was pre the accounts announcement. Since then I have asked again pointing out the statement made in the 2006 accounts that the directors did not foresee additional funds being required - to that I have had no response but I will keep you posted. Can't really see a huge downside risk from here especially with a pick up ,in HYR but there again I thought that at 10p!! | vitamal
21/9/2007 09:44 | HAS ANYONE ASKED THE COMPANY THESE QUESTIONS DIRECTLY | angussux
20/9/2007 12:35 | At a capitalisation of £15.6m the company is only worth its cash and investments. It seems the market no longer believes the business is worth anything. If that is true then the Board should perhaps accept that is the case and turn the company into an investment holding company and sell off its technology to Wade Craven or some outfit that can run the operation in niche areas and without the admin overheads. VTI can then be held to benefit from future success of Hydrodec and/or GHF and Molectra. The alternative is to continue to throw money at something which doesn't seem to be working. The prospects of getting 50 contracts on going in a reasonable time seem to be rather remote on past performance and it worries me that repeat orders do not seem to come about. | vitamal |
