The Directors probably would know if the ongoing strike was nearly over.

In the context of stockists nervousness, etc, these macro-factors include, imo, competition from iphones and especially the new iphone 15. Whereas in the past consumers would've bought a camera bag and possibly a tripod, nowadays there must surely be a limit to the number of camera bags owned let alone the frequency of buying, tripods aren't needed for smartphones as much since hand-held is a norm and short tripods are available. I apprecaite that the different brands of bags have their own market segments but I'd have thought it would make more sense to merge all bags under one brand name, the same goes for all the other over-lapping (duplicate) products.

This is the problem: Material uncertaintyAs a result of there being a plausible scenario whereby covenants are breached, the Board has determined that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group's ability to continue as a going concern, such that it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. The key judgements surrounding the material uncertainty are the length and depth of the ongoing writers' and actors' strikes, as well as the length of time over how long it takes to recover once the strikes end, and the recovery from the broader macroeconomic challenges faced by the Group. Further detail on the assessment of going concern can be found within note 1 to the condensed financial statements.

Reviewed on stocko today, Paul says investable right now due to an equity raise required to cover excessive debt. Until details of that is released it's high risk gamble

Hopefully my posts caused a few to think twice about buying here.

Issues are far wider than the strikes.

Had this on my watchlist for a while waiting for the end of the strike however I wont be taking a stake due to the following from the results.

-- The Group has put additional mitigation plans in place to
further reduce costs and conserve cash, and is proactively
working to reduce leverage and recapitalise the business,
which may require an equity raise

Looks like a discounted emergency rights issue coming up.

Nonetheless, when productions restart, the Group remains well positioned and we expect to benefit from a significant recovery in revenue Risky but could turn around here.

This company has been around for years and I understand its products have a great reputation. I've lost on this but will stay invested for the time being. Perhaps a rights issue will follow.
