Oil companies are going wild dishing out contracts left right and centre for huge amounts of money and Vialogy are "flat out" but can not manage any new contracts in what is almost a year!

we oust the BOD for poor performance and lack of any communication...And now have a new BOD with no communication and no idea of what the hells going on.

What is the investment case here?

This restructure is no different from before in my opinion....ultimately it is us poorly informed investors who are suffering and hold through no choice other than hope.

If vec dont deliver just how long is it going to take to see a return here in the bottom line...?

I have just had a look at Mike Walter's site - I'm not a member so can't read anything nor would I want to!

But his latest missive on VIY is titled

Amazing - all the way down from 8p in just 4 years - that's some record for a professional. My advice - stop digging Mike!

My worry as time goes by is the cash burn. Whatever people say, we do not know how much it is but week by week the last placing is dwindling. As DJ says turning 1m into 5m is bloody difficult particularly when you are not doing anything at all. turning 3m into 5m is bad enough and i suspect there will need to be a few more placings now before anything we do generates an income that sustains the share price above .25
Expect further dilution to raise a minimum of another 2-3m.
First they will have to consolidate this to a share price that will stand another dilution.
As far as i am concerned its still not clear that saving this mess was worth the bother. Those that wanted to have already forked out another 1.5m for no return progress wise.

Anyway whether it's VEC hope of AR hope it's all just PI hope. Given the volume I suspect most of the placees will by now have taken profits.

Can see this going sub 0.2p soon unless news. It's the usual holding up against gravity and testing, testing as share price drops, regains and drops again. Then it drops.

Need some news in next week or two or another F11 buying opp is around the corner.

But the market clearly doesn't!!!

Value of cash about 0.05p

Current share price 0.21p

VEC "hope value" therefore 0.16p!

I think AR will be bringing a big dose of harsh reality to our boys in sunny California, you've had the development cash and time, now show us commercial contracts.
Lets see what happens! Nice position for AR to be in, I look upon it as the same as Harry Redknapp when he took over Spurs who were bottom of the league. There was only one way it could go!
