For those who had certificated shares I read the certificate for the new shares will be posted today and presumably the refunds will follow after that.

yes, but what's day after day? Wasn't it from late afternoon yesterday to pre-open today and otherwise an occasional spat.

All finished ahead of opening bell and yonks ahead of any sight of my returned funds from the Excess application - now that's day after day ;-)

I take my responsibility and no problems. Just fed up with F11 avoiding answering his posting track record and then the hypocrisy where his trading is his 'own business' but mine is trolled out as an unrelated answer time and again to avoid his record, and yes, who cares anyway about either trading record. It's irrelevant to the question I ask. Just a smoke screen or has he EVER discussed his posting style that simply because he is a shareholder he operates by closing down discussions that need better and bad mouthing any criticism - then the resulting BUST!!!!!

Ok, time to stop.
Last word to the F11, to remind everyone of my trading position. Jeez!!

A truly amazing statement of hypocrisy. The same here, though it's the only thing you can talk about and given as the answer to my every question, ffs! You are just unreal! What a f-wit!

I wasn't misleading anyone. I was sincere and meant every word and buying more out of dismay and last chance saloon - risk/reward, average down & hope. I stated I was buying and often gave the volume and price. Your whole argument is just riddled with inaccuracies, spin, hypocrisy and avoidance for all to see. Not only that, but my concerns were right and you were not!

As I say, you can't address your very poor track record and despicable M.O. to stifle debate and censure concern/criticism, so you ignore it all completely when called out and get into a real mess!! Keep on running, man! lol

Despite what you posted,warned etc. all the time you were misleading people as you were buying while warning others off.

Anyway,if it helps you come to terms with your problem,you can blame me for your poor investment decisions.

Absolutely Marvin. I have yet to see any reason why anyone should be pleased TW tips their holding !! He occasionally tips FCR but it make no odds to the SP, thankfully people have the measure of him i think.

Not at all cynical Spec7,

I've wondered if PR hadn't lost a shed load at Vialogy, whether AR would have come on board - to try to salvage some for his Dad. Who knows, maybe he would very well see the cash shell and opportunity just the same, but not so sure existing investors wouldn't have been treated even worse if Dad didn't need a pot to pi55 in and the chance to recover lost funds.

We was robbed and likely to be shown that, as VEC contracts come in following funding and our VEC holding steadily decreases.
We were clearly played, from the timing of the pre AGM RNS and the terms.

I suppose it would be cynical to look at the possibility of VEC now picking up work from VIY days as the reason the Shareholders were in effect dumped out of VEC.
