02/2/2014 14:09 | Makes for an entertaining read and I like the opening comment. "About the nicest thing I can say about Vialogy is, "it's still trading". From my perspective, the share price should now be zero and it has thus far avoided this final indignity against those who believed the company to be competent." hxxp://www.trendsand | twix386
01/2/2014 19:01 | Well, I'm not writing QRI off either, Although there are so many unanswered questions on past failures, could realtime monitoring and sensor integration be a game changer? Slide 18 on the CTO presentation makes some significant claims on cost savings. On the Vialogy website, Could really do with VEC landing a decent contract/funding etc. GL | jimb2
01/2/2014 15:54 | I am still here for our (admittedly ever decreasing) share of VEC. Many will think I'm crazy, but I happen to think it works. The issue is not one of efficacy, but whether the savings afforded by QRI/D are of an order of magnitude to warrant a novel and potentially expensive reevaluation of current seismic investment. I always believed it would take longer than planned to win over the market place but I happen to think that task continues apace. We will now benefit considerably less from that progress, but I believe the technology will slowly but surely gain acceptance. Hence Gente, Chevron and CGG. If VIY sells out of the tech completely I may have to reconsider my investment. I hope we keep it. Yes, I know I'm mad. Bonkers, but there we are. MC. | major courtenay

31/1/2014 02:05 | imv we got strung along with the way news was released and framed, financials hid, some news withheld, contracts poorly constructed and rosy expectations created - elements of all these were present at times and the minimum expectation of sole-source contracts being won, particularly with ONGC - yet another missed expectation. aimho | twix386
30/1/2014 23:14 | Clutching at straws? would tie in with VIY ..... | sharemasterflash
30/1/2014 15:45 | So it just proves ONGC are willing to pay a premium for the right tech, I just wonder why QRD did not succeed (as appears to be the case) Jan 30: 3D reprocessing contract awarded to Canada-based TBI: ONGC has awarded a contract for reprocessing of 83 SKM of 3D data in the Tripura block AA-ONN-2001/1 to Canada-based domain expert Thrust Belt Imaging (TBI). --The contract has been awarded on a nomination basis for better imaging and G&G data interpretation. --The 83 SKM data, which has to be reprocessed, is already available with ONGC. --The estimated cost of reprocessing is pegged at $1,77,190. Well I really expected an update in January, will we get one? GLA | jimb2
30/1/2014 09:57 | Lots of 0.1p share dumping to come here | stockonomist
30/1/2014 09:51 | Agree Spec7, I will probably just trade in and out in the meantime also. No RNS yet about the future plans which is really silly from the management. right bunch of baloneys. | rajaster
29/1/2014 18:58 | Bad, looks like Barclays have not released the new shares yet. The share price will drift now while the new guys decide whether to take a profit or knuckle down for the long run. Will we get a rns or update on what the company plans to do ? Who knows ? Until then i suspect the traders will bounce this up and down between .01 and .015. As always the winners will be the MM's :-) | spec7
29/1/2014 17:09 | I am guessing by the trades today that others were able to sell some of theirs . they were certainly scheduled to be in the markets today. When they say an application has been made to admit them to the market i presume it went through ? | spec7
29/1/2014 16:54 | I will do that | badhshah
