Kazz, yes and funny end to day on Alent, RNS saying 2 extensions of closing auction because a very large amount of shares at a big drop in price went through???????

Does anyone know what this means, I hope it is not people in the know getting out before very bad news hits the market

Can't understand why VSVS is going so high, but, having sold only 35% of my holding at 412p recently, I'm not grumbling.

Kass you can say that again, I thought they both demerged at the same price but I have VSVS at 325p and Alent at 300p in Dec 12

As I said I need cash to buy SXX(that went down) and decided to Sell one of them and thought VSVS had reached it's top at 409p

If my maths is right I have VSVS up 143% and Alent up 125% since demerger

I think VSVS announces it's results and div ahead of Alent, maybe we will get good results from Alent as well

Just looked it up this was a final making 17p for the whole financial year about 4.8% yield. The market doesn't believe this can be paid every year or the share price would be much higher
