05/3/2017 09:38 | Someone needs to simply drop them a line or tweet them and let them know that their shareholder register is out of date. | ![]() cyberbub
05/3/2017 09:28 | Lucky It looks like that list has been updated as Allianz and Blackrock were on there just a few weeks or so ago, but as I said they went to zero while back and before the end of 2016. VRS I suspect have been far too busy to tidy up the less important items but are getting there. So new adjustments to that list bearing in mind we are now in March such matters are known. I'd say the bottom number has reduced substantially and quite clearly from the chart and MM action at the time the substantial reduction started just after 20th February. On that basis the share price held up well considering the numbers and another churn in play too in the same month It would seem the relevant player must have been offshore status, IE notification only required for breaches of 5% and 10% compared to UK every 1% once 3% is broken. The share register is not some elusive grey area it's there for all. EG a broker may pay X amount per month for 10, 20 or more companies that they are in so they can keep tabs on who is doing what. Typically they are issued monthly, I've seen a numnber on a few companies over the years. So if you don't see it 1 month to the next then you have no idea who may be selling or where a supply is coming from, but the seller knows it will be widely known once a monthly date is hit. However for those in the inner circle (MMs) that see that data via volumes loading up on MMs books. So considering the word substantial drop (think big). Then consider the level would be known by a wider audience in the last few days, then what is left would be expected to be dumped sharpish post register update. So look at the VRS share price and it dropped post 20th Feb then dropped sharply in the last few days and how coincidental it was on fund raise day. So imo City F are done or virtually done. In any case on paper I'm guessing they are down to zero and any stock they had left is lodged with MMs. Probably Peel hunt as once again they were the obvious supply suspect if you watched them in recent weeks on level 2. They seem to have been the main MM for all supplies in recent months. So no games that dark cloud of City F which I posted on as they started to unload pre xmas now seems to have gone, they went quiet in Jan they have clearly tipped the lot into the market over the last 2 weeks. TBH that's great news imo otherwise post fund raise the 5.7 mill would still be hanging there with no idea of what they would do next. | ![]() superg1

05/3/2017 08:03 | Spike - re your comment about a Welsh roof: In the words of the French knight in Monty Python and the Holy Grail " we've already got one - it's-a verry nice" The only problem was that Eddie Jones would not let us close it. I know, I was there. | ![]() shavian

05/3/2017 05:40 | well done to all of you who managed to take part. Being on holiday does have its disadvantages as well as it pleasure. I bought some before I went away but would have liked more at 15p. Never mind, so long as the share price does not run away in the next few days I will buy more. As said before, in the scheme of things I do not see much difference between 15p and around 20p. I do believe that this will be a multiple of where it is at present in the not too distant future. If and when the orders come in for the ink related products, the share price will fly. It sounds a lot but it will not take too much for VRS to be making £10-20m pa. If achieved what multiple would VRS be on?!!! | ![]() phoenixs
04/3/2017 20:22 | Due to high investor demand, @versarien offer has closed early. Successful investors will be notified of their share allocation on 6-3-17 No surprise there! Well done Neill and co. | ![]() luckyorange

04/3/2017 18:24 | Is there no end to the things this stuff can do? Coat your solar panels with graphene and they will turn raindrops into energy. Just the thing for where I am in west Wales today! BTW Hats off to Neill for including us in the fund raise. Such a rare attitude on AIM is much to be applauded. Let's hope some journo picks up on this novelty and gives him some much needed publicity. I did like the hint in the Directors Talk interview that some of the fund raise would be used to establish the Cambridge manufacturing base. Interesting times ahead! | ![]() shavian
04/3/2017 17:04 | The thing that I like most about Primary Bid, well apart from equality for PI's is that the company get the cash they need without disproportionate fees going to those city boys. VRS need the money for genuine reasons of pushing the company forward and into profitability. VRS need the funds and they will be rewarded with an oversubscribed offer. It may well catch on with other small caps. | ![]() rogerbridge
04/3/2017 15:19 | BTW That supply, one I thought it was has gone, but it seems the pointers are suggesting that dark cloud hanging over VRS has also gone too. If you have been paying attention to posts in recent weeks about what a nice fund looks like compared to a potentially not so nice fund then you know who I'm talking about. So that option it seems if anyone wanted some has virtually gone and it seems it is what was knocking the share price back. | ![]() superg1
04/3/2017 15:15 | Just of note as someone mentioned they may come back in 6 months. If they did it would be because they have big orders to fill but just to note in the news. "The Company may, at its sole discretion, elect to increase the total number of New Ordinary Shares available under the Fundraising." So while it's said to be about £1 million if it's oversubscribed for that amount they may issue more. If the cash is there I say take it. | ![]() superg1
04/3/2017 13:55 | There was someone on here waiting for a discounted placing at 10p so that they could make a lot of money, can't quite remember who that was? Anyway I hope they managed to buy some on the market because it's not 10p any more ! | ![]() luckyorange
04/3/2017 13:38 | well done neill for giving pi's a genuine chance...refreshing well if they ever have to do another fundraising this may be the way they will do it. installs confidence. | ![]() jointer13
04/3/2017 12:38 | BTW I had a weight saving discussion on carbon fibre. We think of strength gains but the weight loss comes from less carbon fibres needed pre resin applied and with that comes costs savings which may well be in excess of the cost of the graphene in the resin. | ![]() superg1
04/3/2017 12:36 | Cyber Said it before and I'll say it gain. I believe currently VRS are the only company worldwide that can provide commercial levels of few layer GNPs (1-5 layer). It isn't just about levels but purity and structure retained. They have the full house as well as commercial levels. For whatever reason few layer significantly change the properties of what it goes into . Quite why that is I believe isn't fully understood. Multi-layer doesn't do the job for strength. VRS can produce whatever the demand is and are only restrained by cash to expand which is governed by the demand. It will soon catch on (it seems it already is) that Nanene is the product to buy if end users want results. | ![]() superg1
04/3/2017 12:18 | I reiterate that the only other 10-bagger I have been lucky enough to be in, namely QFI, hit a market cap of £400M with the prospect of massive markets but *zero* revenue... there are not a lot of shares in issue, and I don't think 100p-plus here would be at all unreasonable in due course, especially if there is evidence that we are starting to gain significant market traction and are reaching profitability, and the market becomes aware of our patented process ... and then a global industrial major comes in and buys us for a 50% premium... which would still be small beer for them...Let's see over the next 12 months.GLA NAI | ![]() cyberbub
04/3/2017 11:58 | I want to say steady down cyber, but ain't many graphene producers about and with VRS scaling up it may do, many others on AIM seem to achieve that on hot air! | ![]() luckyorange
04/3/2017 11:40 | I've chatted about modules with VRS before at the open day which included one of the scientists. The funds could see a decent step up in capacity. From what was said on that day modules were never going to be the costs we normally associate with expansion as an entire module can fit in the room we were in that day. If necessary they can drop them in wherever a customer needs them. | ![]() superg1
04/3/2017 11:39 | For people taking part in the placing at 15p, I genuinely think this 'could' be a 10+ bagger within 12-18 months.NAI | ![]() cyberbub

04/3/2017 10:55 | No mention of graphine or VRS Spike. I must say that N.R. is my type of guy. No nonsense engineering, nuts and bolts type who knows the business and is keep to let P.I's share in the spoils. How many times to you see II investors walk the price down for a placing. Not this time, three cheers for N.R! | ![]() rogerbridge
04/3/2017 10:51 | If the company starts announcing firm orders for inks or graphene, I expect we will be in the 30s fairly sharpish IMO | ![]() cyberbub
