1retirement - "How many shares are they looking to issue?"
The maximum they can issue is 2.99 billion for 2025. Last year was 2.97 billion for 2024 so no real change. |
"To sum up, I estimate that existing funding is secured well into April. Then, the annual report will have been disclosed according to regulatory requirements and will likely give more trust in their current revenue stream so that any if still necessary placing might take place at by far higher prices."
Is the good Dr the mystery investor who is going to pony up at a premium? Interesting!
Mango the strategic investor??? Font??? |
Font, I give it until the end of September. How about you? |
How many shares are they looking to issue? |
Pwhite, they want to issue more shares because they need to keep the lights on. There is no turnaround. |
Soon be 2 zeros after the decimal point |
The authority to grant additional shares should they be needed is the final hurdle for the following reasons.
1. The turnaround has now been completed.
2. There is a strategic investor willing to take a 15% stake in the company.
3. The company does not anticipate a further major fall in the share price this is why it has not sought to reorganise the capital base.
4. According to the General Meeting notes the company stated: - “It is anticipated that no further resolutions to issue shares will be requested prior to the 2026 Annual General Meeting.”
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again 2025 will be the year Versarien transforms itself. |

Check GEX.. 10% UP and offtake agreement sorted??
Wow |
"the Board is currently in advanced discussions with a third party with a view to completing a strategic investment in the Company at a premium to the current share price which, if completed, is expected to be approximately 15 per cent. of the Company's then enlarged capital."
It is my personal opinion that this will definitely happen and you can quote me on that.
The Turnaround Specialists have completely turned this company around as predicted by the redoubtable Font.
Mango continues to average down. Along with squire, Mensa, the Rogers, Furball, thems in the know and the gang.
GLA LTHers!
Could we eventually get to 20 billion shares issued? |
Premium confetti! |
Get your wallets out (AGAIN) , placing coming. |
When 3 billion share issuing authority has been completely used up you know what comes next ;-) Hint at mystery strategic investor buying at a premium to get the gerbils warmed up good and proper to flush that massive placing on too. Nice one. |
More confetti being lined up |
Maybe, maybe not |
#154640 The point, obviously, was an explanation in response to the closing question in the post before. |
A rising tide lifts all boats - if successful vrs may also benefit |
hxxps://interestingengineering.com/innovation/world-first-graphene-road-in-uk
What a surprise it's not vrs lol . This company had it's chance and lost it with the previous dodgy management . Now it's a shadow of a company struggling to survive and wasted chances . I doubt it will ever recover and is just hanging on as long as possible |
wheeze - don't be deceived - nothing is going on.
Assuming his figures are correct (by no means a certainty) PW's post should have read:
'Yesterday the shares closed at 0.027p - 0.034p. The mid point being 0.0305p. Today the shares closed at 0.029 - 0.035p. The mid point being 0.032p. The increase from 0.0305 to 0.032 is 4.92%.'
To make the significance of the change clear, that 4.92% equates to 1.5 thousandths of a penny :¬( So we're now at half-thous (of a penny remember!); how long before tenth-thous are the currency du jour? |
What is your point PW73? |
Real traction eh? |
That makes perfect sense - thanks |
Yesterday the shares closed at 27 - 34. The mid point being 30.5. Today the shares closed at 29 - 35. The mid point being 32. The increase from 30.5 to 32 is 4.92%. |
Hardly any volume traded, mostly sells if you believe the data on ADVFN and now a blue close. Wots going on ?Lol |
