Investment conclusion

We argue that Versarien offers a compelling investment opportunity within the rapidly emerging industry of graphene materials technology. The company benefits from:

A proven capability for delivering high-quality graphene powders and inks
An application-specific framework for driving growth under the GSCALE programme
Sufficient balance sheet resources to execute on the next phases of the growth strategy

We believe that the current share price leaves significant upside potential for shareholders as the revenue ramp-up progresses.

also, will be interesting to see what comes out of this

dstl development agreement

£1.95 million Development Agreement

The Agreement is to develop graphene loaded polymer composites for certain defence related applications, the details of which remain confidential. The Company has been awarded the Agreement due to its technical applications capability in conjunction with its accredited graphene quality.

The Agreement contains a number of work packages including literature review, development of graphene loaded polymer composites for three specific applications, demonstration of the applications and exploitation of the applications. The work packages are due for completion by 31 March 2022.

The £1.95 million development agreement with DSTL announced in November 2020 has progressed well and we are on track to complete it in accordance with the agreed milestones.

The reason for the broker change TDIH 2 years ago was, of course, an imminent fund raise as predicted by every bear & hardly a single cultist. NR's disgraceful behaviour getting involved with the private DISCORD discussion group had an effect too.

The placing came less than 5 weeks later in the form of £6M from Lanstead which Neill Ricketts described in the RNS variously as "a GBP6 million subscription agreement with Lanstead Capital", "The Sharing Agreement" & "Lanstead as a significant institutional shareholder in Versarien."

Everyone else not in the cult recognised these descriptions as bare faced lies & called it what it was, death spiral financing.

"The acquisition will provide us with access to patented technology and equipment to produce high quality single and dual layer graphene that has particular applications in the electronics sector, together with other areas, including in relation to some of our existing collaborations, particularly the project with Rolls Royce."

Addressable markets for this technology include flexible touch panels, electrochromic heating, OLED lighting and heating films for electric vehicles."

Fund raise for sure. Maybe six months or even longer. You have to remember the company makes no profit.

You just have to work out the burn rate from the last statement recently made of cash in hand CIH. Simple. That will tell you when the fund raise will be. Probably three months before a negative balace.

It’s plainly obvious why there is now a joint broker

Let the idiots on the other thread think otherwise

They will puff investors in who will lose money

Shame on them

Flatcoat, revenue stream is building in Graphene products etc. That is why the new plant has been built with the equipment in place and producing now.
No fundraise is needed. They have enough for two years. That is ample time time to deliver given the progress made with Graphene in concrete, asphalt etc

Helli lag. I think the interview also highlights a fundamental issue with vrs and hence why share price is still heading south. After all these years it still sounds like a r&d company too excited with all the possibilities of 2d materials and the potential.Don't get me wrong if vrs has a steady revenue stream and was breaking even then being told working on 100 materials out of 3000 would clearly get me excited for a bright future. I still remain invested as graphene has a massive future. But I really want to see progress of revenue streams now. At least enough to stave off the possibility of another fund raise just to pay the electric bills. If I was asked in 2020 what is more immenient, a big order or a find raise I would have laughed and said order. Today my answer is different

Dudhew, VRS have taken an approach which will deliver to their customers as they prove the commercial viability of their products. This has been clearly demonstrated by what is going on with Graphene enhanced concrete. One can quite clearly see how their equipment is making 3D structures and they have the order from United Utilities. This is proof that VRS have taken a step by step approach to developing their business and have not promised to prospective customers what they are unable to deliver. Much better for long term business relationships unlike some other companies which I will not name.

What odds that the next RNS will relate to our textile offering? Someone has previously highlighted the recent MAS Holdings tweet - '...Let’s unravel manufacturing and enter a new age of co-creation and innovation of clothing where attitude, power and inspiration are worn with pride. Meet us at the intersection of art and science...' Don't we tick enough of the boxes to hope that this tweet could possibly relate to us and will result in the long awaited sentiment changing signed contract? We will see and soon it appears.

Hello Fireball,

Link to James Baker interview - great thanks - a lot of buried titbits

of information in his talk and he obviously had so much to talk about

with graphene he could not talk fast enough!

Good enthiusiasm in him.

We could do with a list of these 'titbits' for quick reference.

Maybe 'jointer13' is the man for this job !

I need to listen to this again a few times, here are a couple of items.

1. Out of the 3000 possible 2D materials they are working on 100.

2. Tyre recycled rubber mats with graphene are one third the thickness
and FIVE times stronger.

3. He said 800 tonnes of concrete poured to date, latest I heard
was 1000. Need to keep this number updated and sites.

4. Melbourne conference -

Versarien: 'Progress during first half shows increasing commercial maturity of graphene business'

He says the firm has reached the point of delivering significant revenues from graphene technologies in the current financial year, and he expects substantial growth in the coming years.

' commercial demand'
