Incidentally, I'm clutching my letter from a NW Police Inspector, regarding the Dean Haigh stalking case.It's a hum dinger, it trumps EVERYTHING that you and your intimidating copper are playing at.He would do well to refer to this letter before wasting ANY MORE of his, and my time.This could become very lucrative indeed for me!

Your are wasting your time with that one because Sgt Christie informed me that he had spoken at length with the Advfn admin team and was also logged in to this platform and reading your latest posts out to me during our conversation. It was some of those postings that helped convince him that intervention is now warranted, subject to me providing a witness statement. You really are clutching at straws now and should man up and accept my kind offer to settle this.

I explained to Sgt Savage today a little about how ADVFN works, what it is, and what's on it.If your pal had taken a little time to do that he wouldn't have let you waste his time.Incidentally, if you have now deleted any correspondence between yourself and Haigh, it's of no consequence because ADVFN have now confirmed to me that they will still have them on their central database, (in date sequence) and WILL disclose all such information to the police on request.

From what I heard it was you who was shouting down the phone at Sgt Christie and even had the nerve to hang up on him. It's such a shame you can't see yourself as others see you and still think you've got the moral high ground even though you've been caught lying again.

The Inspector (or any other investigator for that matter) will only have to listen to the recording to see how aggressive you were, and what do you think anyone who investigates this matter will think about the character of someone who lied about the content of the call only yesterday?

I would remind you that it was you who brought all this on with your hate campaign against me so it can only end when you either honour your committment to stop posting forever or offer me a public and sincere apology.

The shorters and the mentally ill have ruled this board for some time. The ony answer is the filter button, something I prefer to avoid normally but you will only lose any useful posts among the bile and ramblings if you don't. take away the personal attacks and general rubbish and a picture emerges of a cutting edge technology on the threshold of commercialisation.

Ah, sadly I was unable to resolve the issue of complaint against Mr Skippy's Police Sergeant today.The investigating officer explained the process to me, and that he himself had not actually listened to the evidence of the recorded phone calls, but luckily the records do exist!If you recall, it was the aggressive and unprofessional nature of those calls, that led to my complaint.The next part of the process is to either refer the case to his immediate inspector, or invoke the IPC process where it becomes a much more rigorous and arduous investigation.Given the worrying high profile cases of police misconduct we have seen on the national news in recent times, and the need for fairness and transparency, I felt only the latter would suffice.
