10/9/2021 14:02 | Shoulda gone to spec.savers (spec as in abbreviation for specification, which will surely have involved tonnes less with graphene). | grabster

Festario 9 Sep '19 - 13:59 - 78210 of 124514 0 4 2 To be fair PShevlin, it is marginally better than reams of posts about Neill having a shave. rainbow23 9 Sep '19 - 15:37 - 78223 of 124514 0 7 2 Any day now NR will begin trotting out his excuses as to why bigt will not be happening. | bbmsionlypostafter
10/9/2021 13:03 | thats the beauty of being in multiple sectors in multiple markets." | jointer13
10/9/2021 12:39 | Agreed jointer. Funny thing is as much as PPE isn't on my agenda I was talking to a leading person in the medical world I know yesterday and they were telling me that PPE is still a major concern and they really need to address that for the better. From a materials perspective MAS and Coats would be nice but then I also looked at the sheets curtains etc too. Let's walk before we can run but the future is bright I know nooothing | mavfav
10/9/2021 12:31 | re textiles agree news soon perhaps. The Leisure workstream surrounds the use of graphene inks and graphene nanoplatelets, primarily within the textile sector. Our R&D work gives attention to three distinct processes; print, coat and blend, where we have key industry partners including MAS Holdings and Coats Plc. The print process, which utilises GraphinksTM, has now been scaled to pilot level production and this has allowed us to develop commercial discussions with both new parties and collaboration partners. Along with our key industry partners, we have been able to offer those customers a new range of active wear garments in men's and women's designs, which will see the benefits of thermal regulation, wicking, drying and water repellence given to wearers. Currently we have sample garments with a number of well-known active wear brands around the world and have signed a supply agreement with Canadian boutique active wear brand Crosslete, who will introduce a new line of men's and women's garments featuring the print technology. We expect to make further announcements in this area in due course taking into consideration new product seasonal launches, commercial confidentiality and covid recovery plans of global supply chains. | jointer13
10/9/2021 12:10 | Eight coins, very generous !! Thank you 👍 | boochy gongles
10/9/2021 12:05 | I know what you mean flatcoat.I'm actually looking forward to others getting involved and helping drive the concrete agenda too. It needs that to help push the standards work forwards and bring them into the 21st century. There are other producers out there that need to start stepping up and the U.K. needs to embrace U.K. tech and not use that from other countries if appropriate I know nooothing | mavfav
10/9/2021 12:04 | Many on this bb going to AGM ?? | kemorkid
10/9/2021 11:57 | Hey Rog....How's that 40p by Friday looking?Only a 33% rise needed today, and you've cracked it. | festario
10/9/2021 11:35 | Waiting for that "Coming soon" flag to change to "Imminent". ;-) | grabster
10/9/2021 11:20 | I'm pretty confident on the concrete / tarmac although my timescale expectations are could of years before big deals on this. I think the pilot scheme for HS2 begins next year and I'm sure there will be av free more development pours before surely adopted. In still positive for future I'm sure when I was ranting on textiles last month there was nothing on the website. This was part of my gripe, as we had this coming soon with teasers about what could be bought and then there was nothing. I'm pretty sure the coming soon has only just appeared.I agree with you in that in believe the results from the study are very encouraging. I didn't mind betting the report publication will coincide with a product launch.. | flatcoat1
10/9/2021 10:28 | I have no idea on the website BUT I don't think it will be long before the results are available of the Uni of Glos extensive testing. Will they be good, bad or indifferent I don't know but I'd take an educated guess that they are pretty damn good. From previous roles I've done I have had daily or regular updates along the way so a final report isn't a surprise I'm quietly optimistic this will land before AGM for sure.Additionally I believe that we are coming to the end of Q3 and wasn't there some live trials anticipated in a certain sector here too.I believe AGM will come before those results are in but I'm sure the company already has an insight. What is really relevant is that Graphene is gaining traction in real engineering scenarios. Roads and pavements, concrete are just 2 that are getting attention ATM and company appears to be doing what they said they will do.I know nooothing | mavfav
10/9/2021 09:56 | 'New' you say 🤔 | boochy gongles
10/9/2021 09:47 | Had the graphenewear website been updated with the " coming soon". Can't remember seeing that before | flatcoat1
10/9/2021 09:26 | But that's enough ;-) "Graphene for the pour was provided by GEIC Tier 1 partner Versarien, offering further evidence of the collaborative approach to projects through Graphene@Manchester' | grabster
10/9/2021 08:51 | It mentions Versarien, but only just! | vatnabrekk
10/9/2021 08:39 | Unlike some reports, this version of the Manchester parking bay pour does mention Versarien. | grabster |
