The company is complex, institutions don't understand it yet, JVs are difficult to value. Everything is shrouded in mystery and the history on Twitter etc has done damage to what is actually happening. Add in no director buying it's not really a confidence stock. Lots of talk and increasingly worrying, not a single substantial order. Confusing business model trying everything!!

Unlike gullible VRS sheep I keep an eye on other stocks in a sector in which I have an investment.
So as a Directa Plus shareholder I keep an eye on VRS.
It is not impossible that something significant might change in VRS whereby I could consider deploying some of my significant DCTA profits elsewhere in the sector.

Isn't Lanstead an intuitional investor?

One of the key barriers is often the ability of a fund to get a sizable chunk. They usually wait for an raise but with Versarien's ability to get finance from grants puts that plan in jeopardy. Funds will come when they can get a good slice or buy in the open market. They will only do the latter if there are large revenue deals.

All this just puts the advantage in the PI court. With PI mobility and greater appetite to risk we can get in well ahead of the funds and benefit greatly from their eventual and inevitable position in VRS.
