Dear all,

I entered this discussion to address a gross misrepresentation that The Graphene Council was somehow inappropriate in how it administered the Verified Graphene Producer™ program.

My post stands for itself and explains the process that was used.

I am not prepared nor obligated to share the details of our processes (or our finances for that matter) which are proprietary for good competitive reasons. There are several organizations that would like to have a similar program but we have done the graft over the past 6 years to understand what tests are the most accurate / relevant and to provide the element of an in-person inspection of facilities, processes and records by subject matter experts that no one else offers.

We have and continue to work with the NPL, the University of Manchester and the GEIC, NIST and other expert bodies to ensure that we are using best practices for this sector.

The Graphene Council does not opine on the suitability of any investments and for that reason this will be my last post in this particular forum.

If you have an interest in what we say or do, you have several options.

We have posted a video on the state of graphene commercialization that can be viewed publicly here:

We are publishing a completely revised, updated and expanded report on graphene, simply entitled "The Graphene Report" which covers methods of production, forms of commercially available material, applications, markets and industries, characterization methods, standards and a profile of nearly 200 graphene producing companies world-wide. The report will be approximately 350 pages in length and covers CVD and "bulk" graphene materials. This report will be available for public sale within 30 days and will include a 1 year subscription to a weekly Graphene Intelligence Briefing that covers commercial, research and patent filings news for graphene.

If you want to learn more, you can visit www.thegraphenecouncil.org and sign-up or write me at tbarkan@thegraphenecouncil.org and I will put you on the distribution list for updates. I will need your actual full name and an email address.

Good luck with your ongoing ping pong match in this vipers den, I am getting back to my day job of serving the researchers, producers and end-users of graphene enhanced materials and applications.

Kind regards, Terrance

@thegraphenecouncil It is a pity you couldn't or wouldn't answer any of my questions as I think they are very important when determining the relevancy of the Verified Graphene Producer™ program. This is especially true of it's fee (over and above testing costs) and whether or not the company being tested sets their own bar via testing against their own data sheets or something else external. Last but not least what was deemed "commercial quantity" over the period you tested is of great interest.

I have been told by another graphene company that the fee required is $35K+costs but I have no idea if this is correct or not. I guess now we'll never know.

EDIT: Also I'd like to say in hindsight my use of the term "rubber stamp" didn't impart the meaning I intended "seal of approval" is probably what I meant. I hope you accept this message in the good faith it was intended. No doubt the vipers will attack me for posting this , they attack anything not uber-bullish.

Best of luck to you Mr. Barkan.

Spud is infuriatingly vague regarding the competence of Mr Ricketts, I do wish he'd be more specific.

Hello anley, rheumking,

NR comming off twitter - it's effect is a vacuum !

So the question is, do you want a vacuum?

I found it refreshing to share the company excitement and a rough idea how things

were going, what country they were visiting, what technology left field things

had arrived etc.

I did not expect any inside info.

The vacuum has partly been filled by the disinformation brigade, which can't

help.

To wait in suspense for the interims and full results once a year is no fun.

I felt that Twitter for Neill was the modern tool for a modern company.

Some people tried to draw him for inside info or wind him up but I think on

a whole he handled it well.

Yes I know some people will say i am wrong he should behave like a grown

up company CEO eh not like Elon Musk...

So.... my main takeaway messages from that.1, Even though I promised to answer your serious questions, I actually will do no such thing.2, Other companies are in competition with me to verify Graphene production, so I won't tell you my price. This just amplifies the fact that verification from the GC is just one option available, and is not as good an accreditation as I believed it was when first announced.

Hey Dean, (apologies to Roger on this occasion)... I've sold completely out of those now, did ever manage to get your hands on them? Or, would you have had trouble gripping something so chunky? Hmmmm.? Hmmmmm?

Best thing that could happen was NR coming off his Twitter..........now we have another move by the Graphene Council and so it gains support from the right authorities.

One day someone is going to be behind bars.......not to long to wait.

Tempted to buy but some clarification news might not go adrift to settle the price.

Surprising number if buys given the sentiment hope that’s a good sign.
I do think the BOD are just ignoring the share price at the moment guess there’s not a lot they can do but as this is not a blip but a long 6 month slide think some supportive comment from them would help.
NR coming off Twitter has really pulled the rug from sentiment sadly.
From memory the BOD have share bonuses if share price reaches 240 they are a long way off that
Long term I have faith but this has been a bit of a car crash in terms of the share price recently and all of us LTH have felt the pain
