03/1/2020 16:49 | From the IEE article - The Verified Graphene Producer program takes raw samples of graphene and characterizes them to verify the type of graphene it is, while the Verified Graphene Product program addresses the issue of what graphene is actually doing in products that claim to use it. I took that to say - There's a system to verify the product/process actually makes proper Graphene. VRS is the only one approved there. The verified product program proves that it works in the end use. That's the part that doesn't seem to have taken off. I can imagine some end users might want their hands held re formulation but VRS are way past that. They've worked with all their customers to show them how to formulate Nanene so the 60 - 70 potential customers don't need the verified product program they passed that stage way back. | ![]() serratia

03/1/2020 16:45 | Peaks and troughs again . When the price drops there is no one who’s portfolio dips more than our CEO,s Indeed he could have sold out many times over the years and put his feet up. But no he and the Vrs team are working as hard as ever I suspect behind the scenes . That says a lot to many lth investors . Nothing is easy or we would all do it . Ff | ![]() forestfred
03/1/2020 16:38 | No and I have been selling, and buying back a bit, for the last two months. For your info the most I had was 60k but that pales into insignificance to some on here. LOL yourself. (And those were all bought well above 50p) | ![]() pshevlin

03/1/2020 16:32 | oracle6 - The difficult or simple questions that the blinkered users do not wish to hear have been ignored or avoided in favour of blind faith for a number of years on here, perseverance to find answers only ever results in a ban from the thread not answers. That's the environment a highly moderated and hence biased thread produces unfortunately. | ![]() billwave
03/1/2020 16:30 | A lot of ostriches on here with head in the sand syndrome. Their only answer to bad performance is to filter everyone who doesn't agree with them. That is the way to lose all your money. More fool them. If they haven't been winding this one down over the last few months they need their heads seeing to.It will probably get worse before it gets better and now needs to be seen on a two or three year timescale. There will be plenty of time to get back in as many buying now will be happy to take a small profit.Meanwhile find somewhere else to make a bit of cash. I have got about one fifth of what I did have and even that is too much considering the travesty of the last couple of weeks and the weak performance of the CEO and CFO.I'll be quite happy to eat my words if something big comes up next week as I can still make money out of it but I don't think that is going to happen for another few months.Sad. | ![]() pshevlin

03/1/2020 16:24 | I said earlier today that a person who said news was discounted had a point. That was a bit Delphic. I think it fair to say one significant item of good news will result in strength but multiple ones certainly will. The material news was admittedly not followed by a surge but the key industry announcements will be additive .I'm open to the idea that China is going slowly relative to the "hopefully by AGM" mood.I think they say on many stocks and indices there are three days or so per year when holdings change their value considerably but no one knows which days they'll be.Buy and hold is a stressful policy! I'm preparing for mild ribbing end of this month if we stay where we are | ![]() alchemy
03/1/2020 16:23 | Everyone dodging the simple questions? Can inferences be made from that, make up your own mind? What is obvious is the continuous sells. It is now a guess who is selling and have any private investors in the Discord group dumped any today. Maybe they will confirm after close? | ![]() oracle6
03/1/2020 16:21 | That just about mirrors my own thoughts fest. Continuing to supply facts that some still don't wish to consider during their blinkered crusade is not gloating. I don't condone or partake in gloating but if I were to Timothy is probably due some given his many past belligerent responses. Let's forgive and forget though. Good luck all. | ![]() billwave
03/1/2020 16:18 | I have just started looking at this company and seen the recent posts. I liked the clear description in the interims of everything they have on the go and I go on the basis that while some will fall by the wayside, others over the course of time will be v successful. That said not clear if any will throw off cash in the foreseeable future. My main issue is when will they need to raise funds again-it seems from reading the cash flow statement in the interims by September at the very latest and may well be before . This problem is of course by the very week shareholder base and lack of institutional support. It may well be that one of the companies they are working with will come in as a strategic partner and take say a 20/30pc shareholding. For me this would be the best solution ie like ITM and Linde or Weichai and Bosch with CWR. I see the comments on Rickett's competence. I have no view on this but I am not very happy with his role of Exec Chairman and I ask myself if he is challenged sufficiently by the two NEDs. Given the shareholding base it is of course difficult to put pressure on him. I regard this issue of corporate governance as very relevant in VRS' case. The company is trying to get new manufacturing techniques taken on by large companies. They need to build credibility in all senses of the term. Furthermore it is very difficult for one person however brilliant to have a complete vision of the many new developments and for this reason he needs people he can bounce ideas off. I will keep under review and perhaps go to the AGM to see the colour of the directors' eyes. | ![]() cerrito
03/1/2020 16:16 | Yes I did encourage you to sell as did others. as you were clearly not happy for many months. That was entirely your decision and fair enough but to return here day after day telling folk how right you were to do so and trying to stir trouble is out of order and in all honesty beneath you. Despite some of the childish spats on here (me included) there are many decent people that have invested their hard earned cash here in a company they believe in and don't deserve to be played. | tim3416
