Shevlin if theres a Macmillan Nurse attached to the Ward or Hospital they should be able to advise you of nursing homes with a good record re palliative care

I was head hunted by a palliative care consultant who had met me several times at multi disciplinary meetings to discuss some of my patients symptom control he knew i was looking elsewhere and there weren’t many Band 7 and 8 posts vacant at the time ,he worked privately at a BMI Hospital with a Cancer Centre and Radiotherapy Suite and shortened version was offered a Band 8 Senior Sister post and I took it. Spent last few years of my career there

In the last 6 months cash burn used in Operations has been £1.125m which is around £187k per month currently.

Chris Leigh stated at Bangers that with cash of £2.64m ( 14 months cash) plus a further £700k invoice discounting facility, they have around 17 months cash available on current rates.
