Seriously ! No lack of staff im talking about the emotional effect of every patient you care for dying some breathless some in intractable pain no matter what you did to alleviate symptoms surrounded by frightened and heartbroken relatives, children asking is my mummy going to die today ... no shortage of staff no copping out just a Nurse realising she needs to move on

can't imagine much of anything lucky can you, even the future of this country? Is it so difficult to understand that someonemight not agree with ethe verdict of the majority. Had you been a woman who understood herbalism in the 17th century the majority might have branded you as a witch. Many other examples can be itterated but then again you wouldn't listen as you think the "majority" are always right. I don't and am not a third rate relativist who believes that there is no heirarchy of ideas. Anyway what is done is done and the results will only be seen in a few years time. Don't worry I will be back to remind you of them over and over again.
By the way,I thought you had filtered me lucky? Please do so again as I find conversations with you utterly unfruitful and uninspiring

"after 4 years it nearly broke me" Isn't that what I said? Did I say I fully understand that? Why did that happen, could it be lack of funding and shortages of staff? Super...did you work for a private police force? Would you have done? Why is it "Lefty" to want decent public services? if it is don't bother ringing 999 or 112 next time you need help, give G4S a ring instead.

As I keep saying, scumbags with no morals of conscience, well done you, horrendous task.

I ‘copped out’ on a child csncer death as I knew the child and couldn’t face it, sent someone else. However I have supported the relevant charity since.

I do and NEVER had to work in the private sector even though I can understand the pressures as you are getting older and the work in the NHS is getting harder and more demanding due to the understaffing of virtually all departments.

I worked in A&E for a while portering in a North London hospital hattie, sometimes it was an echo chamber sometimes mayhem for no particular reason and others a manageable throughflow of patients, never knew how many would come through the door on any day.

...my conscience by the way is not troubling me ...a long and overwhelming satisfying career in the NHS with the most amazing colleagues who went the extra mile every day caring for whoever came through our doors ... hope you have similar job satisfaction

Thank you. No I don't want everyone who voted conservative to be dead. I just want them to see over the next 5 years what they have done (and then be dead) (just joking)

I love democracy , the people have spoken and businesses are now let off the leash, only good things can happen from here onwards, life is wonderful and maybe it will even stop raining now. Up the revolution!
