11/12/2019 10:33 | Polling card for use after 7 am tomorrow. Might read our RNS twice first. Possessive adjective note! That'll be four coffees and off to put an X in a box.Now to finish reading a complex note on the remodelling of Old Oak for Crossrail and HS2. Bigger than Clapham Junction. But still in awe of AECOM s 58 kilometre tunnel and its relevance here. | ![]() alchemy

11/12/2019 09:28 | So in short AGM are f'd, the production tech isn't viable work so they have come up with claiming unique dispersion skills. None of which the rest of the market has needed up to that news. LMAO Nice to see a bunch of scumbags heading to the sewer. | ![]() superg1

11/12/2019 09:13 | You've made my day Aerratia. I've been run off my feet recently, I've had little time to look and shares and investments. From the AGM annual results. Our dispersion technology is critical to building the strong technical foundations that will support the success and long-term sustainability of our business. The restructuring process we are implementing will re-align our business to focus on our core dispersion technology We are currently in a consultation period with staff regarding this proposed restructuring. We are focused on the core strengths of the business of efficient dispersion manufacturing and development, technical strength and exceptional customer service. We believe our strength in dispersion technology is our unique selling proposition and represents the keys to the successful technical adoption by customers seeking to realise the performance benefits which graphene as nanoplatelets has to offer. AGM's dispersion technology offers an appropriate solution that is easy to integrate into the resin mixing stage of the customer's process. The Board has therefore decided to focus its resources and activities around meeting customer opportunities through the dispersion and end-use application of graphene as the best means of revenue growth. | ![]() superg1

11/12/2019 08:53 | SO AGM then are now trying to become a Haydale, a dispersion only company. I believe some went back into AGM as they though a deal was coming with Airbus. Should have gone to specsavers. | ![]() superg1

11/12/2019 07:32 | Supernumerary, The valuation metrics you quote for use by Private Equity are for mature companies so not relevant for a business in its formative stage. PE do buy into companies with great but unproven prospects and have to take a leap of faith like everyone else by speculating on the size of the future market and the management’s ability to access it. JC Flowers didn’t buy loss making Interactive Investor on traditional valuation metrics but saw a huge opportunity in retail financial services brought about by changes in the savings and pension world. SP valuation for companies like VRS is therefore subjective and so in my view both bulls and bears arguments at this level are valid (within reason) but remain unprovable via traditional metrics.
