01/12/2019 08:39 | behind the scenes..? Big move? Jinan High-tech Zone will have heavy production city projects land in Nancheng or welcome landmark Graphene • May 29, 2019 09:14 • Industry News • Source: Qilu.com • Read 171 The land sold this time is just the first phase of the Sino-British Graphene Industrial Park project. In the future, the Sino-British Graphene Industrial Park has a very large plan, which will be as high as 3,000 mu, and the approximate range is south of Feiyue Avenue, west of Chunhui Road, and east of Weizi Mountain. As of now, many heavy projects in eastern Jinan have already landed, and here is becoming a new industrial highland in Jinan and even the province. At the same time, some "big moves" are also taking place in southern Jinan. Next, I will take you to take a look at these big projects. Sino-British Graphene Industrial Park is on the horizon According to the observation of the Jinan property market, the Sino-British Graphene Industrial Park of Jinan High-tech East District Heavy Industry-City Fusion Project is about to land. It is understood that the total planned land area of 3,000 acres, the first batch of land will usher in the transaction on the 29th. On the 29th, 613 acres of land in Jinan High-tech East District will usher in a sale. At present, there are already quotations for these 6 lands, with a high probability of closing prices. It is understood that the specific location of the land is on the west side of Kechuang Road and on both sides of Century Avenue. Among them, the commercial land is adjacent to both sides of Century Avenue, with a total of 313 acres; the residential land is south of the commercial land, with a total of 300 acres. Residential land will be traded by a well-known domestic developer. The land sold this time is just the first phase of the Sino-British Graphene Industrial Park project. In the future, the Sino-British Graphene Industrial Park has a very large plan, which will be as high as 3,000 mu, and the approximate range is south of Feiyue Avenue, west of Chunhui Road, and east of Weizi Mountain. The completion of this project is expected to drive a new round of growth in Jinan High-tech East District. According to the Economic Herald, graphene is a zero-distance semiconductor with excellent optical, electrical, and mechanical properties. It has broad application prospects in materials science, micro / nano processing, energy, biomedicine, and drug delivery. And Shandong Province attaches great importance to the graphene industry. The previously issued "Shandong Province New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Major Project Implementation Plan" has clearly stated that it is necessary to lay out new materials ahead of schedule. For the graphene industry, it is necessary to promote the high-quality utilization of graphene's unique resources, strengthen the research and development of special processes and technologies, and build a graphene research and production base. The construction of Jinan Sino-British Graphene Industrial Park will be a major project for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province. | jointer13
01/12/2019 08:13 | AD361. I do not know the answer to that, but I do know that James Anderson is aware of VRS. Edit: Thanks Jointer. The presence of Maclaren’s head of body engineering at that conference in Shanghai this week was interesting. I wonder what he said about their Graphene? | shavian

01/12/2019 01:56 | zz - seems like you and evergreen have scope for a deep and interesting conversation. Nothing to do with VRS, so I'll leave you both to get on with it :) BTW be careful what you leave on your hard disk... | supernumerary
01/12/2019 00:55 | ash - been following for over 6 years. An interesting story so I continue to follow. I assume you don't look at anything that doesn't directly affect your wallet? A dull life, but if that's your choice... As I thought I made clear, I am interested in buying or selling VRS shares but until something significant changes only as a potential trade. I prefer to make money from good long term investments, but am not averse to a short term trade if it has the requisite low risk. As for casting doubt on this load of old cobblers, I've been doing so for over 6 years and you can see what effect it's had. Why then are you and others so defensive? Why not just point to the achievement, and bask in the glory of zero revenue growth, zero profit, zero deals, zero customers and let me think... I am (mostly) logical, some others are (demonstrably) not. So what? Zz - Read - too hard. Think - too hard, Write - too hard. Way to go, bro! Your money, not mine :) | supernumerary
01/12/2019 00:08 | If you're not interested in buying or selling vrs shares, a simple logic says why would you visit this thread and try to cast doubt. But hey, you think you're logical but others aren't? | ashehzi
30/11/2019 23:30 | Fest - that's very kind, thank you. I don't usually reward flattery, but when it's so acutely observed, an uptick is the least I can do. Sadly I have to restrain myself on advfn - elegant prose is not quite as ill-rewarded as rigorous logic, but very nearly so :( Lucky - oh dear. You simply don't ever learn, do you? My post wasn't 'nasty', wasn't 'little', but I suppose was actually a post. So one out of three - well above your long term average :) A long time ago I reckoned 10p was a price at which I might conceivably be interested in a buy. You were unconvinced, but it came eventually - all it needed was patience - had you heeded my advice you could have bought then rather than earlier and higher. So it goes. Of course when 10p did arrive, I wasn't remotely interested - in my view a CEO who issues shares at an all-time low - I guess he was caught out by the auditors, but who really knows? - is not one to back, so I admittedly missed out on the subsequent rise. I can only say in my defence that it's easy to underestimate how eager people are to buy even a preposterous dream. From 10p to 180p and back to 100p this continues to be the case. Ricketts promises much, delivers candy-striped lottery tickets, and 'investors' like you continue to buy and hold them. Contrary to your typically nonsense post, I've never bought or sold VRS shares, despite a couple of times getting close to it for short term trades. I'm happy to continue to watch and await an opportunity. It will come... BTW I suggest you don't reply - cult members can be excommunicated at any time on the whim of the gerbilator-in-chief, who struggles with the concept of a venial sin. Or indeed a concept of any sort. Or actually with anything that requires knowledge or thought. He's good on BIDS though. So I'm told. Mostly by him... | supernumerary
