Hi onone - what one are you on at the moment? I would like to try it! Maybe it would make me a better person, like tp, who doesn't boast about his do-goodery. Have you ever considered offering those little kids a piggy-back? No, I thought not. Still a way to go then :(

Meanwhile back on Planet Versarien, I see there's another cigarette card in the album! Well done Neill and the team! One for the family :) This one's a real classic too - no money, no product, no customer, and no commitment. As Agreements to Agree go, it's definitely one of the prettiest I've seen, bedecked in lace and brilliantly beribboned to look the belle of the ball!

But what was all that stuff about being able to make their own side-deals? Does that mean these textile guys can just go and buy the cheapest stuff on the market from those two-timing Chinese? Surely not - just because it's a commodity doesn’t mean you have to treat it like one! One should always treat one's partner with honour and respect!

Good chat this evening, chaps. Much better when that fun-killing gerbil's gone to ground :)

I don't do it for the thanks.....I do it so that in future, people will walk down the street and say, hey, there goes Fester.... I must remember to thank him.

The the problem with charity. People getting awards for helping out. That's just what people should be like anyway. You don't do it for awards or recognition. That's just arrogant

A humbling post .I worked in Zambia where the poor were poor.I noticed when I was overseas my telexes could become rather brusque . In my own defence that was partly because each word cost a great deal. But infantile and rude messages have rocketed in number since social(sic) medya (sic). We have the sixth largest economy in the world but it was the top. When it was the top we were the most polite. Now in terms of GDP per head we're below 20th - lost an empire lost a role? I'll say .So the country has gone through what chemists would call sublimation , from sceptered to sceptic.Thank you for the post .

Do you want a medal? Why state that, if you are doing it for the children. Unless you want some recognition?

i do not post very often due to overseas work duties, scrolling through the thread i am very dissapointed to see that it has been overtaken by the stupidity of a couple of posters.i take it by their imput they do not hold or have any financle knowlegde/facts skills/information or experiance to offer,i do find it interesting that one verified member actually pays a subscription to vent his/her frustration on hear.

as described by another poster, narcissistic personality disorder fits the bill, may be professional support would be advisable, then we have other posters taking personal interests of other posters private affairs, my self i would call it harrasment my self i would report it and take out a injunction & if the harrasment was to continue the legal proceedings would follow.

i work in 3rd world countrys where children walk 12 kms to school for education & have the desire & williness to learn,

please correct me if i am wrong ? but to my understanding the legal age for financle investments is eighteen and if so the posters on here should act their age.

1teepee - he's unhinged, he can't help himself. He has to prove himself right - narcissistic personality disorder.
