17/10/2019 13:25 | Take Redt That as something like 7p (not a POS) it just needed imo the wait time to see if the technology would work. Redt were looking at the holy grail of the power sector, if anyone could crack viable storage the world is their oyster in that area. We are talking a company worth 10's of billions or 100's of billions if you could wholesale crack that code as the first mover. The queue has been there for decades so it would be extremely unlikely that 2 buses would arrive at once. So why invest at water the share price has been pumped up too high on hope, simply invest when the tech is proven, as then you can invest heavily with limited risk and returns that would make anyone potentially very rich. It feel to 1p ish I watched it go but some jumped in on the hope. There is no need companies like that, with such huge upside don't need early high risk punts to make money. | ![]() superg1

17/10/2019 13:07 | ff As you know I have no need to post here at all. I do pretty well at investing I just don't go on about how many I hold. If they were not scumbags about then I'd happily leave the thread to run itself, but I'm damned if I'm going to let dirty stinky filth scum try to mislead and cause loses for those that can't or won't put the hours in . Some love research and thoroughly checking before they invest, some don't have the time or patience so rely on the funds, or company news to guide them I've made much more from investing than 30 years of very hard work. I don't mention some I invest in as I find the idiots can arrive if any attention is raised re a share. | ![]() superg1

17/10/2019 11:33 | Club, It's ironic that despite you being the angriest man on ADVFN, that you make the following comment about SG "The growing anger, rage and frustration? Enough to drive anyone over the edge". You also seem to enjoy highlighting other people's failings, whilst totally ignoring your own glaring personality issues and life failings. At the age of 54 and after you've lost large sums of money due to ill advised and poorly judged investment decisions (presumably which you made because you thought you knew best), you now seem totally reliant on Neill Ricketts to ensure you have a financially secure retirement and/or indeed any type of life satisfaction. What a sad and depressing state of affairs for anyone to be in. Working all your life to then have to rely on someone you've never met (Neill R) to help deliver your retirement funding. It is entirely because of your own life & financial failings over the past 35 years that has put you in the position of being totally reliant on VRS delivering. This is your problem and nobody else's! Just because Neill and co are not delivering as quickly as YOU want, that's just bad luck old boy. If you had been anywhere near as successful and astute as Neill during your working life, you would not now be dependent on him and yet you seem happy to deride him and demand his removal. Wow, you are one seriously deluded dude. | schmally

17/10/2019 10:08 | Can you imagine how it must have affected Graham's mind, to be passed over for promotion time after time, year after year? The growing anger, rage and frustration? Enough to drive anyone over the edge. From memory it was around September 2018 that Wood started predicting that HUGE deals would be arriving any week. Then - again from memory, this may be out slightly - around March this year he started advising looking 'both ways before crossing the road'. As it turns out, you could have crossed the road blindfolded and wearing hearing protectors and still have been perfectly safe, as nothing was coming from ANY direction. Here we are, halfway through October 2019, and Graham's hero Ricketts has yet to deliver anything whatsoever of significant commercial value, nor does that look likely to change in the foreseeable future. They are both utter failures. | ![]() club sandwich |
