Mike - thanks for the superbly articulated post analysing the TW/Lucien podcast. Very much chimes with my own thoughts.

Germanicus.

I have been posting and researching at the same rate for a decade.

I have been through the nomad and company contact many times.

Tyratech is one that sticks in my mind re uuumm errr we’ll call you back, chairman will call you blah blah blah.

AGM Please come in to talk to us chief financial officer IP group will chat.

Haydale No there are no redundancies all is well.

Avanti City fraud squad called there re III and Avanti control of BBs, oh boy did they destroy some PIs there.

PRG plenty here know that one.

FUM lies, ditto as above.

HNR, Falanx, Obt, RB, Northcote and dozens of others.

Not one share in 10 years which has a bad smell about it has succeeded.

The AIM is a BOD crooks paradise. Treat them all as a fraud until proved otherwise.

If newcomers have forecasts then GTF out before reality hits as the market will F PIs over. share price collapse and speeding fines on fund raises.

Me

“ What does it mean, higher than forecast or lower than forecast”

Nomad

“Well it seems obvious”

Me

“ Yes I agree, lower than forecast as you state more of a marked weighting to H2 than anticipated”

Nomad

“ I can’t comment”

Me

“What do you mean you can’t comment, you released it, I’m telling you investors are confused, what does it mean, YOU signed it off, you must surely know what it means”

Nomad

“Uuuum, errrrr, I’ll get someone to call you, I can’t say if I agree with you or not”

Me

“ Yeah right of course you will”.

So I put the points in writing, so if turns out investors have been misled they now have a claim option against the nomad IF there should have been a warning re missed revenue forecasts”

The company have not commented either.
Typical behaviour of those with info that they don’t want the market to know.

Gla with that one.

Would NR and co reply, abso anley lutely

Bids and Evr, he’ll need more than luck.

The Bids nomad on the phone has refused to say what is meant by more of a marked change in revenue H2 stacked etc.

Even though it’s in news that the person I was speaking to signed off.

Refused to say if it means more H1 than forecast or less.

So there you have it a nomad refusing to clarify what they signed and released publicly.

Noted and recorded in comms in writing to those that signed it ready for an FCA file if it’s what I think.

Well I have been a fan from the beginning but have been reducing all the way down.
I have met Neil several times and Superg1 and others in Manchester but I am also a TW subscriber and have just listened to Lucien Miers (who I have also met) I must say I am going off this company, I will stick with my 80% reduced holding but I would not bet the house on it at this valuation. all IMHO GLA !!

Mike, really good synopsis of the state of play and the constructive critique and counter argument. VRS, as you say Mike, have all the ducks and one would be quackers to use normal value techniques. They have a unique offering and enviable Price point options, control. The latest Board room recruit imho is a pick.

Great balanced ‘State of the Nation’ post by MB - maybe you could write the next one for POTUS!

Regarding the quality of the share register, the fact there are no traditional mainstream IIs on board to lend shares to shorters is because it isn’t their kind of investment yet. The Heralds and Mitons have played their role, taken their profits and VRS is now in the no man’s land delivery phase before the next level of II becomes interested.

I do think those PIs who are ‘all in’ or very overweight need to review their situation if VRS doesn’t work out as nothing is bullet proof. VRS is my largest investment btw.

VRS is still a VC mentality investment, which may sound counterintuitive given it’s been listed for 6 years, but there is a long lead time for this kind of revolutionary industry sector and it won’t be too long before we get an idea of progress and develops a more mainstream investor appeal.

There are a lot of headless chicken PIs in the stock market but it appears that the quality of the VRS share register is well above average and the few PIs I know invested here are extremely aware of investment risk/reward metrics. When I mentioned I was invested in VRS I actually tried to gently put them off in case things don’t work out! Lots of DYOR AIMHO etc.....

I understand some of the scepticism about preprofit ‘story’ companies but VRS have gone far beyond the market standards to keep all informed about the stepping stones to success and for that they should be lauded.

AIMHO etc

I don't say much on here despite this now being a top 5 investment for me but Mike, that was the best post on this BB by miles. Well done and much appreciated. It seems obvious to me that the next step in the VRS story has to be commercial orders for use in marketable end user products.Until that comes about the business is unproven (but with the potential obvious all us investors).Like Mike I find some of the stuff on here 'hilarious' - hands up how many people think VRS will be a major issue in the next US presidential elections?Good luck to all holders here - but remember that building a business is difficult and complex, especially in a revolutionary new sector. Nothing is guaranteed.CM

I don't think we should criticise how others choose to follow and support the story. Everyone has their own way which wont suit everyone. I'm sure there are some that are disgusted by my cartoons, others that hate seeing vaguely related articles and others that aren't too fussed about posts describing the detailed science of the anatomy of graphene. We should accept all and choose to read what we find helpful and enjoyable.
