11/7/2019 20:37 | So in layman's terms, as far as the accounts go, we can expect to see a lot of costs, bearing in mind the rate at which this company is expanding/spending, but that's not going to look great to an inexperienced eye... In real terms, what we can see if we look clearly is that the company sees a reason/need to pump money in to the company which will reap huge benefits in the foreseeable future... That sounds like the sort of company I want to be invested in... | ![]() woodpeckers
11/7/2019 20:21 | 1teepee re 72776. Any new machinery would be capitalised and only the depreciation from purchase date to year end would go through the accounts as a cost. | ![]() elbillo
11/7/2019 20:19 | YOU DON'T KNOW?! I'm surprised & puzzled. How on earth can you invest when you don't know this basic info? Let's try to work it out together. You know more about this than me, so how much do their competitors charge for this magic? | ![]() bbmsionlypostafter
11/7/2019 20:16 | smallfry1 I suspect NR when he reads your post will thinking "yep you'll get that holiday and some" It's all to a large extent nonchalent and quiet here. If we knew what NR knew then it would be anything but that. When that bigger news starts to roll, suddenly it will become a hot topic and is imo unlikely to slow up much with other home runs being smashed out of the park. Tick tock as they say and yes some will be stood on the track looking the wrong way. It's coming. | ![]() superg1
11/7/2019 20:06 | Smallfry I Enjoyed your post and share your belief aligned with others and with the Vrs team . Yes there are a good few who believe we are part of a journey and something that my be part of a industrial revolution of a new technology age . And that we are not just share holders , holding a share on aim. We all share a different dream . Good luck to you and those who believe the future is changing and we are part of it . 11/7/2019 19:39 | Evening Grabster Very fair post with regards to your VRS investment Although not yet retiredits coming up fast and I have everything invested and no private pension so obviously want success. Although not dreaming beyond a new car and maybe the odd holiday would be nice instead of cutting cheap holiday vouchers out of the sun newspaper. I would love to take my wife and grandchildren on a really good holiday and maybe one day that will happen. In the meantime I sit tight and with hope and excitement for the future I have said many times this is a much bigger than my personal gain this is about life changing technology being developed right before our eyes. So message to Grabster and many others lets hope for a some financial rewards but also implementation of Neil's dream for they both go hand in hand John | smallfry1

11/7/2019 16:44 | Teepee, that's what one of the placings was for, to purchase additional machinery. Because as NR said, there was a 'bloody good reason' to buy it.Oh no, that was the earlier machinery bought via placing funds, in October 2017. Hmm. | ![]() festario

11/7/2019 15:25 | Bisho4 - to that I would add credulous. After all, he believes badly in Trump, and worked for one of VRS'S competitors for many years... well, he saw the light on the latter but the former, and the identity fraud thing, means I think he's perhaps best employed as a freelance salesman in a 'by-results' basis, as (correct me if I'm wrong with my cursory reading) he now seems to be. | ![]() runthejoules
11/7/2019 15:08 | Not fussed on the financials, so long as VRS is on track and developing and cash burn is being kept low - any increase if it's there I'm sure has been carefully controlled by Chris. Hopefully some decent foward looking statements from the man, to show that it's all heading in the right direction and I'm happy. All this "must show a profit" or the price is going to plummet is laughable. I'd stab a guess that Fests' been selling some off the top in anticipation of buying back lower. That's fair enough but be honest about it rather than underhand project fear styled soundbites. | ![]() tini5 |
