Easy conclusion to come to Timbo. Meanwhile you have sadly made a complete f... up with your investment in HAYD for which I am sorry but .... spouting on here about how much better HAYD were than VRS has certainly put you and some others right as to which the better investment has been. It is not SG who has told untruths and manipulated information on these boards re the merits of VRS and FGR. It is Spid muppet man and bag carrier of Grigor

Neill and co astute management has vrs well positioned re commercialisation of 2D products. All that lovely cash ! geic does a graphene characterisation service - great idea to confirm what's what. And iso scheduled to publish the 2D standard by the end of this month. Very content with my investment in vrs here. Dyor. Glalth. Best ellis

'GEIC Investor Day January 2019 – Financial Review.'

Review based on Announced Interim Results*
• Cash of £6.07 million at 30 September 2018 (30 September 2017: £0.35 million) following
successful fund raising of £5.15 million gross in September 2018
• In October 2018, Versarien completed its acquisition of 62% of the Spanish company Gnanomat
S.L. for £2,647,000 of which £673,000 in cash and £1,974,000 in shares. In addition VRS will
provide a convertible loan to GNA of €750,000 in September 2019 and €500,000 in March 2020.
• Cash used from operations before working capital changes was £375,000 being a monthly cash
consumption of £63,000.
• Free cash is considered to be the excess of a minimum of £1m headroom and the GNA commitment of £1.1m so free cash at 30 September was £4m which at the H1 burn rate of £63,000 per month provides circa 5 years operational cash before any increased opex, capex etc.

What will be will be with FGR whatever SG1 says about them won’t make any difference to the outcome for them over the next year or 2, good or bad

timbo "If SG1 and his disciples refrained from posting BS about competitors, then perhaps SPID and others would not feel the need to post here?"

Presuming you are correct, you are telling us that spid is posting purely out of spite. Why on earth would anyone in their right mind listen to the comments of someone who is posting simply for malicious reasons?

Confirmation should anyone need it that the only option is to filter.

Perhaps it is to counterbalance the misinformation and BS posted by SG1 and his acolytes concerning other graphene specialist companies?

If SG1 and his disciples refrained from posting BS about competitors, then perhaps SPID and others would not feel the need to post here?

Morning Harry,

I am invested in First Graphene, I thought I have made this point extremely clear.

I think many investors who read this BB have been sucked into the BS that Graham Wood (SG1) and others have been saying about VRS / Nanene's graphene being better than all of the other companies, this is clearly not the case.

His comment on FGR's silicon impurities is yet another example of more BS, the figure quoted by FGR is nearly non detectable or absolute zero.

All natural graphite contains some trace amounts of silicon, even the best graphene they used in the study still contained 2 part per million.

Have a think about this Harry,

If Haydale, Directa plus, First Graphene, AMG ect can all make continued graphene sales. Why is versarien struggling to sell it SUPERGraphene ?
At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what you or I think about each companies product, this is determined by the end user.

I really hope for your sake that the AECOM announcement that is due at the end of the month is a sales agreement, if this is another fluffy update I would be concerned.

Time spent on here by FGR promoters just creates bigger holes. We are not mugs here and I know many here treat all hype as BS until proved otherwise.

So once BS is spotted you know there is a load mpre to be found. Then all wild claims have to be treated the same.

A guy with such history buying one graphene stock pumping it as a billion dollar stock saying he has done big research then sells the lot on the pump is one to be avoided.

Then buys into another, pumping it, best it the world. Taking huge fees himself fund raising for the company. Tips and pumps it via his other company. Throws in irrefutable lies and apparently it’s a great investment.

It seems unbelievable but that is what has been going on at FGR.

Spid you are nuts to fall for it. Unless of course you are Warwick or one of the team pumping fgr pn advfn.

It seems openly promting the company by staff in tip articles is allowed.???

Last year, I filtered spid (generally my filter list is empty). Then I unfiltered him sometime ago and it was waste of time, pure waste of time. I requested him few times to take his fight with sg off the board but he never listened and said sorry without knowing its meaning. Sadly, I filtered him earlier this week and it is working fine. No regrets.

Good morning spid81 - I just don't get it. If you believe FGR to be a better investment, then invest in FGR and go away. This is a VRS bulletin board and not a FGR bulletin board. It's still not too late spid81 to buy VRS before it rockets to £2+. I like you spid81. You have a certain je ne sais quoi about you and so I'm going to help you out by advising you to dump FGR before they hit the wall. Have a great day spid81.

The obsession by Spid is odd. We all saw the Haydale warnings here re BS.

The simplecrule to follow is once you spot BS walk on. That goes for any share.

It’s been spelt out how the FGR process can be used by anyone.

FGR are a failed grahite company promising 5000 tonnes of graphite per year but only managing to mine 180 tonnes.

Vein graphite is the answer apparently not the process and it’s freely available to buy.

World use expected to hit 35,000 tonnes, FGR proven mining limit (so far) is 180 tonnes.

If it was that simple everyone would have been doing it long ago. I discussed the method with VRS some time back. Molten salts method too. FGR were siniffing at Cambridge re that method. Why when vein graphite is the simple answer.

Morgan advanced materials have been there tried that and failed.

That Aussie speed dating roadshow is for non-II investors. Any decent II with the kind of wallet FGR needs will be having individual meetings - Foster had better be able to do better than this retail roadshow otherwise it will be a short appointment.

If I was FGR I would use these tactics though, try and get some II cornerstone commitment this week and use it to raise retail funds.

AIMHO etc.

Spuds desperation in defending FGR and trying to compare them to VRS is a huge red flag. No way would I consider investing in them now. I presume he is employed by the company given the fuss he is making.

Yes superg1. Funny how FGR failed with their fund raising in the UK last year. Not enough mugs in the UK. So back to Oz and find some other mugs to support lifestyles of directors using spin analyses of graphite

Good Morning Superg1,

I think your mistaken again.

The investor pitch isn't until the 19th March Sydney and 21st of March - Melbourne,

I don't think there is any secret that FGR are looking to raise money, they announced last week that they have engaged a broker - Foster Stock Brokering.

Did you down vote my lost post (62805) by nearly $10, Someone obviously doesn't want the truth posted on this thread,

I hope you have a great day.

This innovate funding sounds tailor made for vrs 2D materials. Either via the ongoing collabs, new collabs &/or new geic collabs? Aimo. Best ellis

Whilst we welcome projects that overlap with the grand challenge areas, we are also keen to support projects that are entirely outside these. Working in these areas is not a requirement to be eligible.

We may share application details with other public sector co-funders if this is appropriate.

We may consider eligible project costs over £2 million (but not exceeding £3 million), subject to the process set out under ‘Eligibility’.

This competition closes at midday 12pm UK time on the deadline stated...."

Generally FGR were in fund raising meetings in Sidney yesterday and generally doing the same in Melborne today.

Could be a bogof in

Don’t mention the silicon contamination bit.🤐

Just to say for those interested FGR were in Sydney yesterday giving ‘presentations’ and are in Melbourne today.

All to do with fund raising. I’ll stop short of revealing the presentation content😂

FGR investors are probably unaware.
