I have had a reply from the FCA about the Ricketts tweet saying he owned 20 million shares when in fact he owns 15,250,000

They will investigate.

Diplomat, re Vittoria Tyres (and the aero bit?), I don't believe HAYD make graphene: remembering Neill's words at last March ID that “Haydale are a customer, and a supplier and a partner. Not a competitor."

And Neill in Oct last year: Haydale,“another one of our collaborators.... we don't compete with each other. I’m sat on the same plane as Ray.”

That not to say that HAYD don't have a process that is effective in an application, but they presumably get their graphene somewhere. I draw my conclusion from the quotes above.

Eel-Tamer: rumour has it that Haydale got the Vittoria job because of Haydale's proven functionalisation process. Vittoria won't mention Haydale because of bigger things to come apparently. What surprises me is why VRS haven't made a bid to acquire Haydale at this low price to acquire their functionalisation process which appears to be key, or at least, one of the keys?
Haydale also did the Graphene for the Airbus aerolon that Vittoria mentioned in that item. That may have been the project that brought the two parties together.

Options are options.

He doesn't own the shares until he exercises the options at the fixed price in the future and pays for them.

He might not do this.

He owns 15,250,000 shares NOT 20,000,000 as he tweeted.

Clearly your opinion and i accept that.

I think NR total stake inc options is 20m.

There is much hope attached to these shares and if that does not come off they are overvalued.
However you or I cannot be sure.
This could be another Fevertree.

To win you have to be in.

Your valuation is based on current sales. Thats fine.

I dipped a toe at 68p for a punt ( nothing more ).

Certainly the marcap at 180 was unjustified.I'd have a stab at justifying 155 times .8 , circa £ 120 million .

Harry, Herman, Spider and co.haven't a hope in hell of destroying Versarien. Several on here seem to have forgotten that the best way to deal with trolls, shorters etc.is to ignore/ filter them.It's quite simple and will do your blood pressure a power of good!

Hi Spid, yes, I have been consistent. My point has always been, did FGR produce less than 10 layer. You will note also from my October post, how important I think it is to avoid any GEIC link with cowboys. I am not saying FGR fall into that category from the reassurances I have received since October, but I do think their finances are very stretched.
