12/12/2018 12:53 | Apologies for going off topic here. I can't see sky doing much with graphene on the bike frame. Giant do the best carbon frames and most other companies like Cannondale use giant for the frame manufacture as making carbon frames is very specialised. Plus there is a minimum weight limit the bike must pass, so not sure you would get much benefit, maybe a stiffer frame. However due to centrifugal forces, reducing the weight in the wheels and tyres would have a definite performance benefit. Then there is the clothing. Cycle shoes need to be rigid and light for power transfer so definitely could benefit here from graphene. Cycle helmets and water bottles are other items which would overall help the rider. On a personal level I think sky along with British cycling have done a lot to raise the profile of the sport which has led to over a million more cyclists on the road over past years. Still a long way to go before the country adopts cycling life other countries on the continent. | ![]() flatcoat1
12/12/2018 12:43 | A slide from geic yesterday entitled "route to commercialisation." Helpful overview. Vrs well positioned. 'Game on!' Imo. Best ellis | ellissj
12/12/2018 12:38 | Fest - was there not a 90,000 sell at about 11.45? | club sandwich
12/12/2018 12:36 | pshevlin, from today's posts particularly, it seems that you and club really don't know your place - you for your sweeping claptrap political observations and he for a return to his bile-filled offensive posts from the safety of his armchair. A desert island somewhere for the both of you so that you may mutually articulate/consummat Now, back to VRS, consolidating nicely for the next push up. | ![]() senden11
12/12/2018 12:34 | Managed to increase my shareholding by 1500 shares today, via a trade that was too good to resist. So, given that my activity accounts for more than 25% of the volume here today, where the hell is everyone else? | ![]() festario

12/12/2018 12:19 | I see graphene council a member of geic too. Best ellis. The Graphene Council @GrapheneCouncil "The opening of the Graphene Engineeering and Innovation Centre #GEIC in Manchester is a major milestone for graphene development and commercialization. The Graphene Council is proud to be a member of the GEIC." | ellissj
12/12/2018 12:18 | Promo geic vid from masdar here. Having stuck £30m in, they seen quite bullish on future of graphene ! Best ellis Masdar @Masdar "Highlights from the opening of The #MasdarBuilding, which houses @OfficialUoM Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre (#GEIC), an important step forward in #Masdar's commitment to advancing clean-tech innovation around the world." | ellissj
12/12/2018 12:09 | I remember the good old days when the UK was reasonably sane - before the liars, the fantasists, the disaster capitalists, the fascists, the charlatans, the spivs, the blustering fools and the traitors tore it apart... | club sandwich
12/12/2018 12:08 | It’s playing around with the 50dma on the daily chart, won’t be long. Need a bit of news and a positive market day and we will blow the technicals away imo. The next move from here is the start of the next bullish trend. | ![]() diversification

12/12/2018 11:37 | langinaneil.. By Brits I do not mean you, me or Neill. I mean the UK establishment. (You know the bit that used to be able to send a gunboat up the Yangtse or a million men to die in Flanders. The bit that used to be able to boss other smaller countries around and steal their wealth.)That bit has gone forever and is about to shrink even further perhaps with the loss of its NI and Scottish colonies. | ![]() pshevlin

12/12/2018 11:22 | If it ended up as a leadership contest I did a wtf re a candidate. It was said he wanted Brexit but didn’t vote. That one line had me immediately saying, don’t want you as PM then as of you aren’t prepared to follow your own beliefs then go do something where you do have the spine to follow through. Decision making is one of the biggest factors for failure in all walks of life. Funnily enough decision making is a key strength in VRS and they won’t be bullied by the city or big names either. | ![]() superg1

12/12/2018 11:14 | Both sides of the Brexit debate have some blinkered fanatical swivel eyed loons! Given VRS is hopefully not affected much by Brexit it would be great to have that debate online elsewhere.....please | lovat scout
12/12/2018 11:10 | Do you mean the square and the +? It's a PLUSOne phone and Graphene is a hexagon, so no, not likely. It does have super fast charging and a carbon fiber body though... | eel tamer |
