According to china.org.cn, October 2018: Huawei are conducting research at NGI, saying (correctly) that is is a fundamental place for research. It is extremely disappointing that this Graphene order for many tons has gone directly to China. Presumably a direct cost of agreements not being in place with province(s) yet.

If the short gang have got hold of a pile of stock they will just rinse and repeat Fest until others stop selling. Happens all the time because unfortunately an equivalent number of sells to buys usually means the share price falls.

Dolores, they have an FGR thread but with a VRS ticker, for anyone who is interested. They however would much rather spend all their time and effort on this one.

I take it as a sign of narcissistic insecurity that they know they'll not get the attention they need on said thread, hence their persistent Statler and Waldorf-esque presence here.

Every buy getting cheaper and cheaper as more stock is dumped onto the market. This has nothing to do with institutional selling, they were down to next to nothing weeks ago supposedly.I'd love to know WTF is going on behind the scenes as I find myself, yet again, invested in an AIM stock where the supply is endless and the pattern of trades has been murky or suspicious for months now.

"Versarien plc

("Versarien" or the "Company")

Appointment of Head of Research

Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Stephen Hodge as the Company's Head of Research.

Dr Hodge was previously a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Cambridge Graphene Centre at the University of Cambridge, Teaching Fellow in the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Graphene Technology and bye-fellow at Murray Edwards College, Cambridge. He graduated from the University of Bath with a MChem in Chemistry and then obtained his PhD in Nanomaterials Chemistry at Imperial College London, before joining the Cambridge Graphene Centre in 2014. His research interests cover the large scale development of nanomaterial-based dispersions, inks, coatings and functional 2d and 3d architectures for their incorporation into flexible electronics, sensor applications and energy storage/generation devices.

Dr Hodge will be primarily responsible for overseeing all the Company's graphene and other 2d materials research and development activities, including the Company's participation in the recently announced Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre at the University of Manchester. He will be based as an industrial visitor at the Cambridge Graphene Centre, additionally fostering the training of students in graphene technology and developing joint projects.

Neill Ricketts, CEO of Versarien, commented: "I am delighted that Stephen has been appointed to the newly created role of Head of Research.  He has been working at the forefront of graphene and other 2d materials development for some time and his leadership of our R&D function will ensure that Versarien remains at the very cutting edge of the development of 2d materials and their applications."

The announcement that just one collaboration will result in regular future orders will strengthen the share price enormously as the knock on effect for confidence 're other ongoing collaborations will be high so I remain a buyer especially at these low prices.

HOLD on SPID..........

1 Perhaps you could help LogLorry and you answer my question "what is the meaning of Morphology of Nanene

2 I thank you for your post but the only one we should pay attention to is the DR Hodge July 2018 presentation which sets out quite clearly what VRS production plans were and what is now forecast.

3 There is no point in mentioning FG as this has nothing to do with my questions.

What if I were to put out rumours about the Chairman of FG and what he has done in the past and why his company has suddenly arrived in GB and not only that there is a chance that he might not be able to get his AIM quote?

Back to you or LogLorry........

That was a long time ago spid. Next scaleup in December is 10k per day. Of high grade material. Scale up is only dependent on number of machines and orders.

But we already know that anley. He doesn't care. His agenda is to sow doubt and annoy. It's like trying to reason with a yapping dog. Just deprive it of food.
