Looking at Haydale's accounts. Raised 8.7m cash, and burnt through 5.7m cash in year. Company has 5m cash left...so that is not going to last long.. only managed to push revenues up 400k, but cost of sales also went up 400k..What a disaster, will need another fund raise within 6 months.Will Haydale be buying inks from VRS?

Don't be too angry at Mr Rainbow. Every board needs a village idiot and he plays the role brilliantly, with just the right sprinkling of humour. He's wrong 4 times out of 5 which is quite a remarkable achievement in what most academics consider to be a 50/50 bet.

I think what SG was tactfully trying to point out, given there are HAYD shareholders here too, is that HAYD are unlikely to even be a customer in a year’s time unless they materially increase sales, slash costs or raise new funds ( or all three). AIMHO, DYOR etc.

This caught my eye from haydale results.

"Importantly, progress has been made but the incorporation of lab-based improvements into a full-blown production process is the key challenge, with functionalisation and dispersion in harmony with the manufacturing process still requiring further work."

As i've said before, lab results mean jack if you can't scale up and reproduce in the real world. So imo ISO standards should split graphene into lab/research grades and finished product grades suitable for use in manufacturing. Aimo. Best ellis

I did have a quick look and hadn't realised how much cash they burn just "other administrative expenses" come to near £7.7 mill. That seems a hell of a lot. Combined with costs and other bits it comes to over $10 mill.???
