Like superg noted and few others must have noticed:

1. Last few collab RNSes are played by traders and share price dropped at the end of the day, despite good news
2. Just collab RNSes may be fewer going forward
3. More meaty RNSes in play with not just collab info, customer name but also probably timelines/products/size etc.

But above is just my opinion.

The 5% drop tells me that there were speculators hoping for an RNS this morning. There are obviously a lot of eyes on this stock expecting it to take off but not lth. Personally it was just what I was waiting for as I've just put 5k in my Isa and was looking for a dip:)

The strong buying could be due to any number of factors:

* wider market waking up to the VRS story
* government insiders (or related parties) in both the UK and China buying ahead of a deal
* one or more collab partners - or affiliates - buying ahead of placing an order

or possibly more than one or all of the above.

VRS 2D materials could go into so many sectors, maybe a buyer/s see the creation of IP in one or more of them as 'undervalued?' Just a guess ? Aimo. Best ellis

The twitter silence is very interesting. Are VRS about to sign a major deal? Well, perhaps the recent share price strength could point in this direction. Whatever is going on it is very odd that NR is not using Twitter that much atm.

And to my mind, based upon the law if supply and demand, the buying has been of a strength that has affected the charts in the way we've seen. In the short term. Makes sense to me. Gla. Aimo. Best ellis.
