re. equipment.

"Our European equipment supplier is aware that market-take up will require either significant quantities of standard equipment or custom designed equipment and we intend to enter into a collaboration with them at the earliest opportunity."

super7: has it not occurred to you that the company making the machine may be a big multi-national. That being the case - purchasing the Company is not an option.

What might be an option (which I believe VRS have looked at) is negotiating a licence to do our own manufacturing of a modified machine.

At the moment we appear to have a very good relationship with the company, and they allow us to 'play' with machines at their production facility.

Best wishes - Spike

Don't know how you managed that, when you were buying yesterday at 142pYou seem to have selective memory Sir, and base everything on a very narrow time frame.

As I understand it, it's a piece of machinery that is relatively standard, but needs to be specially modified in order to produce Nanene.

Stuuart Ha on Twitter just asked.... "Do we intend to purchase the company that currently provides the machinery that we use to make our Nanene?"... Neill's response was NOPE!

This opens up a more interesting question....

Is the machine used to make graphine a generic machine that is used for multiple applications, and is it just by chance used to create graphine as well?

OR....

Is the machine that makes graphene bespoke and designed specifically for the purpose.

If it's the latter, I assume that it's all tied down that nobody else can buy one without VRS permission, but if it's the former and it's a generic machine what stops someone buying one and having a go at making their own graphene. I'm clearing a space in the garage!!!
