Shareholder Issues RNS - For Immediate Release

As a VRS shareholder, I am highly delighted to read the RNS issued today by VRS. It is excellent news to learn that we now have a named collaboration partner, Axis Materials, a company which has seen its operating profit increase every year since operations began in 2000, with sales revenue showing a CAGR of 70 percent over the same time.

It is exciting to learn that the collaboration with Axis will involve the use of VRS inks as well as Nanene, and what is even more impressive is that it appears that these applications will be using a lot of the VRS materials.

It should also be noted that the secondment of senior DIT members (including a Mandarin speaking official) puts the company in a very strong position as it moves forward into signing up orders that will no doubt be following on after a period of collaborative work with interested parties. China is now but one of the many opportunities that VRS is working to capitalise on.

In words of one ADVFN poster, 'This is the strongest piece of news yet re the rosy marketing picture ahead - COLOSSAL NEWS.' Another ADVFN poster, whose birthay happens to fall on this day, commented 'With every collab partner the chances of *none* of them resulting in orders decreases. And there are now 15...'

Finally, I would like to thank Neill Ricketts, CEO of VRS and his team for their sterling work in steering the company into such a pole position in the exciting journey into the Graphene revolution that the world is about to herald.

All time closing high augurs well , well, will augur well, for next leg up.The proportion of the price discounting China is going down. *So the upside when it pops.....Some formal investors look for a minimum marcap of £100mill.Some insist on profitability, a trading update out of the blue could fix that. Can we take up fronts straight into profit? * So if it fell through the safety net is quite high. Hypothetically.

we all imagine what could happen with a chinese rns
i've started looking at maserati more seriously than i have in the past year. i do so few miles that i couldn't stand the thought of all that money just going into the ground while it stood around. I'm hoping vrs will give me money to waste.

Indeed woodpecks why these products ? Good to go imagine ! Ie battery tech rns announcement. as well as lab tests, have prototypes been produced and tested in real life conditions ? Maybe simplistic, but is it a short hop from dom parsons tea tray to ev battery tray ? All speculation. Dyor. Best ellis.
