They are working I the other way on late reports now. A late reported just under 40k buy went through.

anley - I can understand NR's point of view, especially re dilution when the share price was much lower. If NR has a different plan, great and I'd be keen to hear more about it.

I did say watch Singer and they are off the offer.

Singer had been dealing with the supply in recent weeks. Probably 100's of 1000's of shares to be bought yet by those short. My estimate (based on digging) is 500k to 1 mill shares to be bought by them when they close.

I suspect some are still short at 60-70p.

Reading the following excerpt from the RNS - Could be wrong, but could be that as VRS are part of the consortium developing this battery (£145k grant awarded)- then we are maybe looking for more than just some possibly temporary graphene supply contracts from this (and other R&D collaboration deals) - Some kind of % deal on production licences or IP equity etc?

A question for the tweeters perhaps

Also - Who are the companies in the consortium - Any medical big beasts?

If all holders who believe where Neill is taking the company sit tight and don't get tempted to slice, then liquidity will come under severe pressure.Most, if not all funds have taken profits and gone, now it's a blue sky scenario.Especially if there is no pending dilution, and if the annual results are breakeven to small profit.The chart shows a possible moonshot here, and I'm staying put.

RNS or RNS-R??

Given today's announcement is similar in style and substance to previous RNS announcements it must be RNS-R due to VRS being in a close period.....anyone else have an enlightened more informed view?

LOVAT S........NR was not keen on your Option topic at the last meeting. For some of us it needs a new debate as there are a number of ways management at all levels can be remunerated................

I would be surprised if there is anything NEW to report on this topic and I agree with you that the accounts should be delayed to contain "exciting" news and fresh debate at the AGM which will take place up to 28 days after the publication of the Report and Accounts.

Something that tends to get overlooked but is so important for growth companies is retention of key staff below CEO and CFO. Having a listed share price with tangible value is one of the best ways of doing this via options, employee benefit trusts and saving schemes, so it will be good to see more detail of this in the accounts.

A rising share price obviously helps too!

Luminoso, i’m not SG but my take on CapX is they are being left behind and don’t have a great board...better off with VRS as they will tick the battery box, are so multistranded, Graphene will enhance so much of the future.
