I'm not surprised to see a bit of resistance at 12p, a 50% rise from the recent low. In my experience short term traders always take their profit at 50%, then 100%. So potentially 16p next IMO. After that it will depend on newsflow - hopefully we will get updates on sales etc.GLA.

Too bad 11.70 Fibonacci level didn't attract buyers, we might be heading back to 10.50 to confirm yesterday's breakout now, but anything possible 3.5 h to go

We are at good entry level per Fibonacci as it's just above .382 which we have broke yesterday and testing now, if buyers enter here we should head over 13.10 which is 0.5 Fibonacci and if we go trough this level our main resistance level for today @14.20

When I asked the company that’s what I was told. As Astral highlighted there is a noticeable difference between cell and panel efficiency. They are using cells with lower efficiency than Sunpower which translates to a lower unit cost than their competitors.

Good morning everyone, our 1h chart shows resistance @ 13.70 and if we manage to smash this one by lunch, I'll be looking to finish today, between 13.70 and 15.30 which is another resistance level, probably for next week to smash.

Not sure, but think there is a difference between the efficiency of the cells and the efficiency in a finished panel as 'dead space' means a reduction in overall efficiency from that of the cells.

are you sure about your figure of circa 18% efficiency?

A poster on LSE thinks that Verditek have shifted from PERC to n-type cells. I believe that these have 20-23% efficiency.

Their current PV panels are circa 18% efficiency. We will see if their aspirations of 25-30+% efficiency come to pass with paragraf but 25% alone would be the highest efficiency of any mainstream production solar panel let alone a flexible one. The current trajectory is mid to late 2021 for the graphene integrated PV panels. I'd be very surprised if we don't get updates in the intervening period.

Yes, it may be that the 200 x 200mm cells are produced (graphene integrated) at Paragraf facility before being sent to Lainite for integration into the panel production line.

Could be a very simple change in process. I am guessing and assuming that thr flexible panels will remain as they are and just the cells will be integrated with graphene to benefit from efficiency improvements

cyberbubIf you read about Paragraf part of their strategy is that they plan to use existing equipment for their projects/developments, therefore VDTK may not need to buy 'plenty' of equipment if they can just use the existing lines.How good would that be!?

If it happens I would expect Paragraf to be given a freebie 25% say in Verditek, plus a good royalty on every sale, in return for giving Verditek an exclusive licence.Verditek would need to buy plenty of new equipment etc etc. But if the company is already profitable from its mainstream panels, and sitting on such a game changer, I don't think raising bank finance would be any problem whatsoever. In effect profits from the standard panel business would fund the hi-tech new panel business until it could stand on its own feet.Well we can dream can't we? :-)

Just watched it for the first time, very positive indeed! As you say Scrutable, it's possible that we might hear sooner than we think about the graphene solar panels! And yet even the possibility is ignored in the company's valuation today.If (and currently it's still a significant 'if') mid/upper 30% efficiency, 5-micron thick solar panels which can be built into cars and other objects, becomes a reality in the next 6-9 months, and Verditek have a shared patent with Paragraf (or at least a 20-year exclusive licence say), then I would not be surprised to see 200p here even before they've sold a single graphene panel.NAI

Absolutely amazing interview, Most of my investments are in mining sector and because Verditek will be supplying miners with their amazing upgraded solar technology I have took my first batch recently. If they get the miners alone, and miners got serious cash to spend!! they will be making massive profits very fast, then possibilities for their product don't end with mining industry alone. For me providing products to the miners is like owning another piece of gold mine in my portfolio, I'll be topping up at most support levels after pullbacks, also I will be giving my views on overall trend wherever we go up or down, so as soon as we finish the uptrend cycle (which just started by the way) I'll be providing good support entries for those who want to top up and support the share price

IT IS A MUST WATCH.

It overcomes any hesitation I may have had about the company's unwillingness to provide comment on the outlook for the company, which I believe comes fom a creditable but exaggerated concern for Integrity and NDAs.

I don't think so unless they are brokers paid for the notes like Align. The City's stalwarts form a closed club to profit from the secerecy they impose on outsiders.
Mine is scared stiff of passing on any whole note. If I am lucky he will read me some bits over the phone.
