15/1/2015 08:09 | Given Helium's track record as a very high achieving investment business, I doubt that they would throw good money after bad. They must be pretty certain that a deal will be done in time and that in due course these low levels will be long forgotten. | soggy
15/1/2015 08:01 | Fear not! Rorrry knows Adam Webb. | patio58
15/1/2015 07:59 | Well the time frames are tight but there is a potential target under review and money available to complete...I remain positive...Gla | andyview
15/1/2015 07:59 | I think this is positive news. Too much at stake here for helium, DB etc. I think a deal will likely be completed - I have a small amount left having reduced my holding for reasons outlined in previous posts. | quabsey
15/1/2015 07:16 | What's disappointing is when you look at his note on the new investing policy back in March; 1) raised £750k before expenses 2) they've got £121k left and had to obtain a new loan for £250k 3) investing policy was in essence to obtain stock in a company that fulfilled certain criteria; Business Characteristics -- Strong management; -- An established entity in growth mode; -- Profitable at the EBITDA level (or in the short term likely to be so); -- Generating positive cash flows (or in the short term likely to be so); and -- Good levels of revenue visibility intention was to buy stock in such a company in effect 4) they've taken nearly a year to evaluate 20 options and still failed, and used the best part of £600k to achieve that failure, and are then going to compound it by wasting another £250k to do the same in the space of less than a month...... I'm pretty sure that if they had given the task of investing against these criteria, any one of us on these bb's could have used sharescope, or some other similar tool, or suite of tools to filter out some good prospects, and make some investments for a fraction of the cost...... so so disappointed... fortunately, I'm not a holder of this stock, and had been considering taking a position in it, but in the light of the above, think I'll avoid it.... 15/1/2015 07:05 | so, a little under a month to complete an investment..... not looking good L. | lazygun
15/1/2015 07:05 | RIP - you were all mugged off my that moron Rorrry - "It has until 14 February 2015 to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reversetakeover under AIM Rule 14 or otherwise implement its investing policy ("Policy") to the satisfaction of the London Stock Exchange, or its shares will be suspended from trading. " | patio58
13/1/2015 16:01 | Eh? Not me. | godolphin
13/1/2015 15:59 | You said that 10 years ago and still waiting for the maiden deal, LOL | patio58
13/1/2015 14:53 | It will get suspended. Then it still has another six months. Anyway, I think a deal will come soon. Things always take longer than expected, eg ldp, avp, and many more. | godolphin
13/1/2015 13:31 | And if no deal...? | nithbank
13/1/2015 13:22 | It's 12 months from the date of the last AGM, puts us towards the end of March I think from memory. Gla | andyview

06/1/2015 08:35 | "either he is involved in some sort of short syndicate or he is a right plonker as Delboy would say," "If nothing good happens soon, the reputation of D Breith will be sullied to the extent it will never recover." Yes,makes you wonder if the whole investment plan was set up,dangle a huge carrot to attract sheep investors,at share price of .75p then run it down locking in honest followers of David Breith.Shorters making a fortune. PROVE THIS WRONG or you are doomed David, my opinion only B | bob alan
06/1/2015 01:40 | If nothing good happens soon, the reputation of D Breith will be sullied to the extent it will never recover. The Market has a VERY LONG MEMORY !!!!!!!!!!! | panamabob2
05/1/2015 18:44 | It looks as though there has not been too much credibility given to the management team given the premium to cash valuation that is clearly diluting towards the cash value which should result in a price around .1p | red army
05/1/2015 18:33 | Any deals yet? | patio58 |
