Gillian Leates...she seemed happy to put that RNS out, i wonder if she will respond to me, time will tell, when that RNS came out the share price hit 0.8p..now 0.24p, i hope she reads this and goes to the BOD and asks about getting an RNS out regarding progress....we deserve it!!!!!

Verdes Management PLC

Verdes Management plc ("Verdes" or the "Company")

13 May 2014

Alteration to Broker agreement

Verdes (AIM: VMP) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with its broker SI Capital to cancel 25,000,000 Warrants with an exercise price of GBP0.001 with immediate effect and replace these with a new agreement for 5,000,000 warrants at an exercise price of GBP0.02 (2 pence) up to 14 April 2016.

Gillian Leates, Verdes' Chairman, states: "I am extremely glad that we have come to an agreement with SI Capital to alter the terms of the warrants as agreed in September 2013. This is a significant and positive change to the agreement, demonstrating a renewed belief in the Company by its advisers, whose interests are now more closely tied to those of shareholders, both new and old. The Board believes that this revision is further evidence of progress, removing a potentially dilutive element from the Company's growth equation."

More fool me, i bought shares on the back of that positive RNS, look at the price now, also the lack of news is destroying the share, i will be getting in touch with the company ASAP.

Looks like David Breith may have lost his touch..never known a share to drop so much on no news, do the insiders know whats coming and us wee investors will get shafted, looks like the 750k seller got it right, i wonder who he or she knows, this is now quite tiresome!!!!!

nithbank, no set date - within the statutory limit of course. I expect they will hang on to the release so that it can be accompanied by firm news. That's what I'd do too as nobody is interested in a bland statement only. I do know there is more activity going on beneath the waterline than the share price indicates.

fenseal3, Reynolds has now been in situ for three months, just about, so within sight rather than soon I feel.

2.5m buy on the bell, 0.295p....also someone sold 750k @ 0.254p today, my bets the 2.5m buyer knows more than the 750k seller, could get interesting, news due soon.

When you say the 'final results' do you mean as in the end of year results or the last ever results this company publishes.

If its the second of the two you'll find they're already out.

Quabsey, it has been a long four years and two months to be more accurate but who's counting? lol

lightfield, David Newton co-manages the Helium Rising Stars Fund which holds 100m Verdes having invested £750k in March at 0.75p. He also co-manages the Helium Special Situations Fund which has a fairly decent performance record.

Thanks Loftus.. Very interesting. I was laughing earlier as we have indeed been waiting a very long time. 6 years. So few more months is not going to be an issue. As I posted previously I have increased my holding and am sitting tight. One of these days transformational news will hopefully come our way.

Considering Adam Reynolds' recent successes with OPTI & NIPT it is not surprising that David Newton brought him in to look after Helium's investment. OPTI has doubled since raising funds in August and NIPT has appreciated by 67%. It will be interesting to see at what level funds are raised here for whatever transpires. Certainly the "2p" warrants will start to look within reach if funds are raised at the March price with a following wind as has been the case at OPTI.

Because major investors have come into the company since last year. Be patient- something must happen soon.

Why is this 4 times higher than what it was a year ago with still zero contracts and more dilution? This is now 7 to 8 times the price it should be!

When a share drops 5% on only £4000 worth of trades you know it is getting shafted big time by the MM's.....and why is that, maybe someone wants in big time at a low price and the mm's are trying to get them on the cheap...i reckon someone has a big buy order in below 0.34p and the mm's are dropping the share as to trigger stop losses....time will tell, but there are too many big guns in this to simply just give up on it, GLA!!!!!

Another drop on no news from the company. Would be a good punt now fr new investors ...but many of us who followed Helium and DB when they first took a stake here on the back of talk of a possible acquisition....the paper loss is looking a bit dire.

Ah well....here's hoping the new BoD actually are doing some work to take this forward...

Good to here from you Loftus. I hope we don't have to wait too much longer but time will tell. Been very quiet here but then there has been nothing to talk about. Best wishes.
