Yes....long time coming, helium paying 0.75p, DB buying more in September 19m shares @ 0.4p, a good end to the day, so far!!

Looking good here for a bounce on the chart and on decent volume today. Could see 0.40p+ before any real resistance IMO.

I don't know who would leak that info, seems odd since Helium declared themselves here because of DB's involvement. I suspect it's more likely that it was the target company that didn't play ball, or maybe wanted more than was on offer.

the key to my investment is what the share price currently is and at what price did the major shareholders buy in at. Clearly, Dave Breith saved the old VMP with his big investment and then brought in Helium @ 0.75p. Their 100m shareholding is very significant imo because they, like Breith, will not want to be diluted going forward. So I expect them to maintain or increase their % holdings going forward. As pi's we now have the opportunity to buy in on the back of that, which is in keeping with my risk/reward strategy.

For most to breakeven after charges this would need to get to 0.26p on the bid, at the mo you can sell 500k @ 0.225p so a long way to go before anyone who wants to make money before they can sell.
