Ignore the quoted prices, the real spread is 0.485p / 0.53p

Once we get a trade or two go through, the quote will narrow soon enough.

Looks like the previous VMP investors who were sitting in large profits may have sold now and hopefully this will recover back to Helium placing price of 0.75p++ before any deals are made..imo.

Indeed its not. However, its likely to be the highest since the middle of July and given that this is a microcap, the share price moves very quickly as volume picks up.

3 x 1m trades today, plus a number of 500k trades. Some of which look like rollovers. Someone wants to be accumulating and holding a CFD/Spread betting position?

This is not a time to be out imo, when we know we could have an acquisition announcement at any point.

So why invest now?

1) David Breith, CEO of Coms PLC (COMS) is the major shareholder and known to ensure that management are highly incentivised on future performance. Take one look at the COMS chart since he arrived.

2) Helium have invested £750,000 @ 0.75p, having been a major supporter of COMS.

3) Adam Reynolds brought in to broker the company changing acquisition, as he has done previously eg the company transforming deal for NIPT, formerly YIY.

4) Historical tax losses to offset against future profits
