Fair point howdlep but would prob want to be whiter than white and as I am sure he has had a significant input here I do not feel he would buy at a time when info was about to be released. Could be wrong but there u go.

Dave Breith may well have cleared a seller in one go.

But why are the derampers all assuming DB would be an insider?

He is a major shareholder. Not a BOD member. There is no suggestion he has knowledge of the timing of a deal. That being the case, he can trade whenever he wants to.

Great news that DB has expanded his holding Will have built this up over a period. Imminent news I don't think so as it would be considered insider trading. I do think that it shows great confidence by DB & this could be a fab moment to top up Caveat emptor

A great deal will be forthcoming, the investment case is strong here imho and the board strengthening and continuous investment bodes extremely well.

I am of te very strog opinion that an announcement is imminent.

This mornings rise is the first for along time and follows the 5000000 BUY only a couple of days ago.

Better top up now.The news may be as soon as today.
