FULL LISTING

TWO BIG 30% share holders (one of which has gone bust and the court will have to sell those shares to pay off debts. The other shareholder is I think 73 years old.

Plus even without an RTO or deal profits are about to show after years of B/E.(see last years results where a first half loss was covered to produce a 2nd half profit.

This years first half results are due next month and we have been told the year started well.(from full year results)

Tiny market cap that requires profits of just £230,000 for a full year on a tax free pe of 10.

o/t while we await an update here i strongly suggest you guys watch this on GWMO. Jorc update is around 2 weeks away, the market cap at GWMO is only £3m with £2m in cash which is enough to last them another 12 months. Directors own 10% of the shares in issue at GWMO. Assets look to be worth billions so the current enterprise value at GWMO is only around £900k.They are in politically safe Nevada as well. GWMO looks set to rerate in the very near future. Yes Fenseal,the acquisition cannot be long delayed now.Helium and Breith still very much there.If I had some spare cash,I believe now would be a great time to enter.On news,should the acquisition be deemed solid,the share price should be in excess of 1p.That is for openers.

David Breith still involved, trading at 0.8p in May, news due soon and 0.33p to buy, who would of thought you could buy into this share at that price, the big hitters are still involved, i hold a few and will top up when i can.

Yes,the market caught a chill today.Nothing to do with VMP.Remember D Breith increased his holding very recently.Just waiting for the NEWS. Yes,I am peed off with ther waiting but something positive must happen soon.
