22/3/2017 18:53 | GAW, what a cash cow, people don't realise the ip it holdsPete, I said here a few weeks ago that I had bought WEY at 5.8p, because I liked the story. For the record I have taken out my original investment out last week, so letting the rest to run for free.FXPO, a good set of results ECSC a small company in the cyber security sector, which has had good revenue growth, it looks interesting | modform
22/3/2017 17:24 | Horrible pictures on BBC News. Cowardly morons at it again. | petersinthemarket
22/3/2017 17:17 | Has anyone taken a look at WEY Education (WEY)? AIM Business Support Services sector. Newish company 2012 only now making some headway. Sound business concept Eminently scalable, UK and abroad. Net cash. Mkt Cap possibly a bit small £5/6m for the general taste on here. Chairman taking shares instead of salary. Recent share price rise a bit sudden and perhaps a bit silly but falling back now. Good backers. Thread a bit frothy atm due to sudden rise but some good contributors. Not gone into it much deeper than this yet but probably will. pete | petersinthemarket
22/3/2017 16:38 | PTSG holding confidently above the psychological 100 level. More to come. Finals next Tuesday 28th. pete | petersinthemarket
22/3/2017 16:20 | VLG rising nicely today ahead of prelims tomorrow. | petersinthemarket
22/3/2017 14:46 | Tru dat, But, I don't think it's anything to do with housebuilding. It needs HS2. apad | apad
22/3/2017 14:11 | Moz, you must have cleaned up with GAW, you are making it look easy atm. Would not want to post the price I sold my GAW at. 19 small buys today so far, and two unfilled orders. Hoping this is a blip and not a proper dip. 21% in cash as of now. | essentialinvestor
22/3/2017 14:08 | Happy Days at GAW. 3rd declared divi since NOV! MEATY! | mozy123
22/3/2017 13:30 | well done you..... | qs99
22/3/2017 12:38 | Ive bought two lots this morning. 10,000 and 2500, both buys moved market makers off the price. This share is very, very tightly held, any good news will move this dramatically. Looking forward to tomorrow, I now hold 67500. | paddyfool
22/3/2017 12:34 | It was a great company, EI. Might still be again, but there is a 'manager' in charge now, talking acquisitions. No "well done apad for pointing out that capital equipment intensive companies like VANL need a full order book and that you make sure you float them at exactly the right time?" I think I also pointed out the seduction of PTSG at the same time? Don't press the button fozzie! This is a slow effect that will gather speed. apad ps nothing humble about my opinions :-) | apad
22/3/2017 12:24 | APAD, thanks for the view, will defer to your judgement and give it a miss, I have luddite tendencies even on a good day. | essentialinvestor
22/3/2017 12:23 | Sod's law as well that the three companies on my watch list are all slightly up, pah! Like you red I wanted to buy VANL some time ago and felt I had missed the boat (twice), now I can't press the buy button. | fozzie
22/3/2017 12:21 | EI XAAR IS A DIFFERENT COMPANY NOW. Beware. apad | apad
22/3/2017 12:20 | Everybody very much doom and gloom today, what's changed? Pleased to report that my three portfolios are level at the moment on the day. All the guys I follow on Twitter are busy opening shorts etc, one to a value of 30% of his portfolio, have I missed something? | fozzie
22/3/2017 12:06 | red, indeed and it was outside a Co-Op. | essentialinvestor
22/3/2017 11:54 | bit of interest again | qs99
22/3/2017 11:18 | EI Yes I agree, and will be poised like a coiled spring ready to pounce. Careful with the phone. Cousin left her bag in the car, the other day,and was away for just a couple of minutes. Window smashed and everything taken. Just distracted in that time, and did something that she never normally does. It has caused a lot of time and grief putting things right! Everything has a value. red | redartbmud
22/3/2017 11:04 | red, it's one at least worth watching if we do sell off hard, as SKG tends to bounce back pretty sharpish, it can also fall pretty sharpish!. I still make do with an old iPhone 4GS, more than happy with that. Left it on the front seat of the car yesterday and mentioned to the better half it could have been stolen, her reply... no one would want to steal that now!.. Mrs EI has the new Google phone, think it's called a Pixel. | essentialinvestor
22/3/2017 10:51 | Lots of rats deserting the Vanl ship. EI I saw that. Waiting for the y'oodles this afternoon. red | redartbmud
22/3/2017 10:49 | red, posted on the SKG board. | essentialinvestor
22/3/2017 10:45 | Sitting on your hands is tough. Brown trousers and gold plated bicycle clips at the ready for the y'oodles this afternoon. red | redartbmud
22/3/2017 10:42 | APAD, had a look at XAAR this AM, was tempted by a small trade at 3.30, but lack knowledge on the company, not for the first time! ). Liked Domino Printing back in the day. | essentialinvestor
22/3/2017 10:36 | >A - DG is very open and approachable - he has usually answered my queries within 24hrs - Promotion costs must be biting quite deeply during the last year - inevitable at this stage of Cy growth - finals last june 2016 stated Cash Reserves £982k - we have no new figs yet to indicate level of reserves cash burn or level of incoming cash - TU end April, but finals not till early june. pete | petersinthemarket |
