31/8/2023 15:03 | I'd be happy with doubling the share price over the next three or four years. That's an IRR of 26% or 20% respectively. Happy days for the patient investor. | eagle eye
31/8/2023 09:51 | There is a largish buyer out there today……. The trading update was positive as long as inflation has not let the cost side rip then EBITDA should be good…..bit worried about rising interest rates on the revolving credit as an unexpected cost….mgmt should be able to show progress on debt reduction/cost control as well as forward orders…but they are stil restoring credibility and atoning for the fund raise as 90p. Will be very happy if management can make a lot of money on their recent options on a million shares each. Hoping for a doubling from here by end of next year….possible if management executes well. | 1jat
31/8/2023 09:09 | 3 weeks away from Interim results, so IMO, people are realising that possibly this looks cracking value IMO below 45p....DYOR but what has changed since May when it was over 40p for instance? Views? | qs99
30/8/2023 14:18 | Signs of life here? Some way to go though! Amazing value at share price around 30p. | thedudie
24/8/2023 15:22 | Hi Celeritas, You need to change the prefix so advfn don't block it. A capital H at the beginning usually does it. | eagle eye
21/8/2023 15:14 | It seems advfn are blocking links. | celeritas
21/8/2023 15:12 | “We are pleased to begin promoting Gelclair® in Canada,” said René Goehrum, President and CEO of BioSyent. “This innovative product can make a difference in the quality of life of Canadian cancer patients suffering from oral mucositis. Gelclair® represents BioSyent’s first product in the oncology supportive care therapeutic area as we continue to focus on our strategic priorities of portfolio diversification and growth.” | celeritas
19/8/2023 23:29 | BioSyent Pharma is commencing the promotional launch of Gelclair® in Canada and is planning to have the product available to Canadians in the fourth quarter of 2023. hxxps://financialpos | celeritas
15/8/2023 15:56 | I'm going to buy more soon when cash becomes free. | pngasef
15/8/2023 15:01 | The market is shxx. Look at recent director options and share purchases, shows they thought it was great value at circa 40p. I just keep topping up when I can because this is very cheap. New products are due to be launched this year with plenty of room for expansion at minimum cost. | celeritas
15/8/2023 14:11 | Could be back below 30p at this rate, surely that is a bit odd based on that last statement? Any views? | qs99
10/8/2023 10:44 | Looks like just no demand for shares & drift...DYOR | qs99
10/8/2023 06:51 | Agree, pngaceF share price here is daft. However that's AIM for you! There's loads of daft prices around at the moment and with thin volumes, market makers drop the bids hard and open up the spreads, scaring private investors to sell at daft prices! All it will take is the end of the Summer holidays to get some more volume, some decent broker steers / tipped by Simon Thompson in IC and the herd will arrive and be happy to pay 50p. Madness, but currently an opportunity for the shrewd investor.. | lammylover
10/8/2023 02:53 | I’ve picked up more and went through the same feelings. I believe they are doing all of the correct things, debt is reducing and comfortable and the products they sell will generally still be required. | deanowls
09/8/2023 15:52 | Yep - but that is the stock market all over. It has good value - I have bought more. I suspect if it doesn't get a better valuation soon then it will be bought, which will be a shame but life goes on. The half year results will be good and the second half is generally the stronger half and they have said that the order book for the second half is biased towards the higher margin VLG brands so should be momentum going forward. | thedudie
09/8/2023 15:14 | People keep selling! This is insane given the promise. I already have a lot of these, 125k to be exact. Pondering whether to buy more. Could be a bad idea to commit more funds. But I feel this should be much higher than it is!!! How do others feel? I think no one wants this at 32p, but when it gets to 50p everyone will want it. | pngasef
01/8/2023 09:55 | For the record, Cenkos's new note forecasts 5.81p adjusted EPS this year, rising to 6.97p EPS next year. They summarise: Extracts: "Venture Life Group Plc De-levering on strong cash flows Venture Life has provided a trading update for the six months to June 2023 expecting revenues of £23.5m for the period, up 24.4% YoY, supported by both Venture Life Brands (+27%) and Customer Brands (+20%). Revenue growth excluding the recently acquired HL Healthcare (HLH) was 11.4%. The company notes strong cash generation from operating activities of £4.6m, up 158% YoY and group leverage reduced to 1.4x from 1.6x at Dec-22. The board remains ‘cautiously optimistic’ of achieving FY23E market expectations and we maintain our Buy recommendation." "Investment thesis – Venture Life continues to develop its buy and build strategy, with the recent acquisitions expanding the portfolio of brands, de-risking individual products and leveraging the sales and distribution infrastructure. With available manufacturing capacity and a strong balance sheet, we believe the company is well positioned to develop its strategy further. We maintain our Buy recommendation." | rivaldo
01/8/2023 06:52 | 1.4x Ebitda I think. I wasn't thinking bolt on acquisitions - more something that really moves the needle. | thedudie
31/7/2023 20:54 | 4X this years ebitda. Leverage isn't a issue at all, interest is less than £1m. The market just hasn't caught on but it will. | celeritas
31/7/2023 19:45 | Not really surprised at the lack of action today in response to what I thought was a very good update - unfortunately this company seems to fly way below the radar!!! They just need to keep at it, reduce the gearing over the next 6months/year which will give leeway for another sizeable acquisition. | thedudie
31/7/2023 18:59 | Picked up some more today. | bagpuss67
31/7/2023 18:56 | am a recent new shareholder in Venture. I am sitting on a small loss at the moment. Was very surprised at the muted response to the trading update which appears to me to be very positive. depending on the interim results and outlook updatee, I anticipate adding to my small holding. | camerongd53
31/7/2023 08:00 | Give it some time, market should see the value in the coming weeks. These stocks can run below the radar for some time. | sid_b
